Pita Pit — Restaurant in Ottawa

I am a very good customer of pita pit’s. I eat there very often. Today was the worst experience I've had yet at the Orleans location. I ordered my meal from Skip the Dishes and I ordered a 9" chicken ceasar pita, I put instructions in the notes saying that I did not want anything from the grill (vegetable wise) no onions, no red peppers, and no green peppers, and I also asked for 2 packs of croutons in my sandwhich. I was very excited with receiving my order, seeing as I haven't eaten there in a long time, since we are all in quarantine. When i received my order, no instructions were followed, all of the vegetables from the grill were put into my sandwhich and no croutons were put into my sandwhich, I ended up throwing my sandwhich out, because I was frusterated and now i've been waiting an hour on Skip the Dishes chat support and I'm having issues getting a refund.

These kinds of things make me not want to eat at a restaurant that I love. I will not be going to this location again. You've lost my business...

I am a good customer of pita pit’s. I am usually at one of their locations once to two a week. Yesterday I had the worst experience ever at the Orleans location. I ordered a chicken ceasar pita, I was never asked if I wanted anything on the grill and the reason I believe is that they had a ceasar combo already cooked and sitting on the side of the griddle. I get to the topping counter and after I already paid I get told I have no choice on white or multigrain pita as they are all out of white. I personaly do not like multigrain as it is dry. If they would of told me that they had no white at the cash I would not ordered a pita. No smile or eye contact from the girl who served me he whole time. She does my pita and puts the luke warm meat in it. I ate half and threw out the dry cold other half. I know its probably a minimum wage job she has but people should care more and take pride in serving customers. I’ll stay away from this location for a while. I miss my Dalhousie...

THE BEST PITA PIT!! Fantastic service from Rima! She is a pleasure to talk to and do business with. I use this Pita Pit for catering orders and every time I call her she is more than willing to take my order with the utmost positive attitude. Rima is upbeat, informative, and professional. I am very appreciative for her recommendations and how smooth she makes the ordering process. I order from Toronto for Ottawa and each time I call in Rima is ready to go and remembers so many details about my company. She is efficient with every order and always answers the phone with enthusiasm and eagerness. I am super happy to have her as a catering partner! She is a testament to superb customer service. Please promoter her and give her a raise as she is much deserving of it. These types of employees deserve recognition, incentives and promotions as its hard to come by these days.
