Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Ottawa

This place has REALLY gone downhill in the past year or so!

VERY undercooked, pizza (after asking for well done), well done, and they can’t seem to cut it properly!

Tonight I witnessed one of the female employees cough into her hands, and then continue to prepare food, absolutely unacceptable and disgusting!

This Indian lady seemed more concerned with her Bluetooth phone call into her ear, rather than serving customers properly… management should speak to her and observe her actions, she is the one wearing the Bluetooth in her ear

They don’t greet you, and they just look at you in the eyes when you arrive until you say something.

coughing and then preparing other peoples foods with your dirty hands is an acceptable and may call the health board regarding this one, place was also very messy.

you have lost my business and won’t be going back to this or any other locations due to poor customer service!

Get your stuff together guys! Don’t forget who pays your salaries, the customers!

The nightmare started with delivery.  Delivery  was at the  wrong address , and the delivery person  was already rude on the phone with me , however my address was correct on the receipt. Finally , when delivery person came  she refuse to open the box with pizza to make sure if souse not  in . She said I have to pay before opening , but Pizza box was not security sealed. When I asked her to open a box with Pizza , her reaction  was  [ ARE YOU OKAY ].. [ WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU ] , pay before you get it  , she said ..I was so shocked...Never happened before . When  I asked for my receipt , she threw it on the ground  and  I felt she treated me like a dog. After that i was asking for her name , She said  DOESN'T MATTER.. Absolutely unacceptable delivery service and...

I wish this location was not our delivery location it is not as close as one of the others and the food from this one is never as good.

They also do not make their own marinara sauce which I didn't know was a thing. I thought all Pizza Huts did at least everyone I have ever had while living in the US did. The prepackaged Heinz is lazy and disgusting. I wont ever be back unless you make your marinara sauce like a real Pizza Hut should.

So far there is 1 location in the city that seems to actually uphold a strong Pizza Hut name with ingredients and cooking and that's the Walkley bank location. I think the other 2 locations in Ottawa need to take some cooking classes from them and learn how to...
