This branch urgently needs a sanitary inspection and staff retraining.
Before I placed my order, another customer found a foreign object in his iced capp. The cashier, a woman likely in her 50s, appeared distracted and had difficulty understanding what’s included in the meal packages listed on the QR code menu.
I ordered a mocha iced capp and two Farmer’s Wrap meals (which are supposed to include donuts). Instead of a mocha, I was first given a regular iced capp. When I pointed this out, the cashier instructed the server to simply add chocolate syrup and whipped cream to the existing drink, rather than making a fresh one and this drink was for my child.
Later, I was told they were out of sausage and saw the server throw the sausages away. She offered bacon instead, but I requested a different option. Both staff agreed to substitute with chicken.
Finally, when I asked about the missing donuts included with the meal, the cashier became visibly upset, pointed at me, and said I was wrong even though the issue was caused by their earlier errors. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful.
This experience was unacceptable. Customers should be treated with respect and staff should have proper training in customer service, food handling, and menu knowledge. Ridiculous and ill mannered. The regulatory board of the food handling should conduct audit on...
Read moreThis Tim Hortons is so bad I got fed up and walked out. First of all the baked goods section was out of most things and the stuff that was left was displayed haphazardly, broken pieces, and generally looked like stuff the cat dragged in. But the main problem was getting served. I don't know what the woman in front of me ordered that was do complicated but the guy serving her had to keep going over to the drive through and chatting up the cute girl working there but I didn't see him getting her coffees there. No idea what he was doing there. He didn't seem to be in any hurry. Then one if the baking machines starts it's annoying, high pitched beeping sound meaning something is done but nobody would stop the noise (not even the woman working in the back). So I'm waiting.....and waiting......and the beeping us going on....and on....and on....constant beeping over & over as I get more & more angry. The guy still didn't appear even close to finishing the woman's order and then he starts making coffee in the drive through area ( I assume that's the job if the girl who works in that area). There was plenty of coffee in the area up front he was supposed to be working at. Finally I couldn't take it anymore and left. The beeping and the waiting combined were driving me nuts. Read moreIf I could give zero star for this location, I would do so. The unprofessionalism and the attitude of the workers in this place has become unbearable. The place is disgusting and a health inspection should be made to happen right now. My husband was told he is banned from the store because he caught this supposed manager acting a fool. He came out with a tray of wedges and put the wedges on a dirty box transferred the wedges onto a pan while some of those wedges fell onto the dirty Box, and he picked up those wedges and put them into the pan then where served to customers, this manager just laughed about the situation. (There are many more concerns about the look and Quality and the unsanitary situations that are happening at this location) His clothes were dirty as well with no name tag. My husband was called a racist due to just telling the manager that he was being unprofessional and that the situation with the wedges was not sanitary and this manager laughed and became disgruntled and very rude then told my husband to get out and he was banned due to being racist, even though he said nothing to this gentleman that was racist.
