Subway — Restaurant in Ottawa

My friend and I ordered online and she selected the bottled brisk lemon iced tea, or at least the image pictured was a bottle of brisk lemon iced tea, no clarification that it would be a fountain drink. When we arrived, all was well, and we went to grab our drinks from the fridge. We left the store and after about a minute of walking, we heard someone calling behind us saying "Excuse me! Excuse me!" And when we turned around, it was the man from Subway. He urged us to return to the store to switch her bottled drink out for a fountain drink, even though I'm quite sure the price wouldn't be any different (especially since she thought she got the bottled drink). He made her give her drink back and get a fountain drink instead and was quite rude about it. Never going to this subway again. Also, the iced tea she DID receive was watered down.

After writing the above, I checked my sub and they failed to add the tomatoes, there is a very minimal amount of tuna AND avocado. My friend is also missing tomato and cheese on her wrap. By far the worst dining experience I've had. Will not...

Ordered a salad from Skip the dishes. I've usually never had issues but today. Wow. Not enough sauce to cover the contents, forgot my cheese. Left everything in huge chuncks. I'm honestly not that picky and will eat almost anything because I don't like to waste food but this wasn't even edible. When I called they said I had to make a new order for a cookie, and they'd make a new salad and sent it with the cookie. LIKE WHAT?! Ordered tonight after a 12 hour rotating shift just to try to be a bit better with my eating but sadly what I received was…. Sad to say the least. Nearly half of the sandwich had chicken on it and the entire sandwich had been squished (obviously from wrapping) and forced open. Rolled it open in hopes to finally be able to end my day but I was instead met with a pill of poorly cut tomatoes that’s I could’ve put back together like a puzzle.
