Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

Usually great place to order from, my recommendation however after my last experience there is to be VERY specific about how you want something done, even if you order it all the time. Usually they get my order really good and service is great. With the above in mind, this was my last experience:

I always order the samething, Panzerotti's, I usually get a BBQ Chicken, a Hawaiian, and a Canadian. This time I ordered the BBQ Chicken, a Hawaiian, and a custom made one that turned out well. However when I ordered the BBQ Chicken one this time I noticed that on the Point of Service thing it said HOT SAUCE, I tried to clarify that I didnt want HOT SAUCE and that I wanted ONLY BBQ sauce as a replacement for the tomato sauce. The guy wouldnt let me finish though and assured me it would just have BBQ sauce, that there wasnt a button for BBQ sauce. ANYWAYS I got the panzerottis the two were really good but when I checked the BBQ Chicken one, it had Tomato sauce in it, so naturally I point this out to the guy and we get in a semi heated argument, him trying to tell me BBQ chicken comes with Tomato sauce (literally google it though) that would just taste so weird and Ive literally made this order a dozen times from this exact pizza pizza and never had this issue before, it was always a substitute for the base sauce. Anyways he reluctantly agreed to make a replacement BBQ Chicken Panzerotti, but like he refused to talk to me or make eye contact with me after that it made it so tense, like I honestly didnt even trust the panzerotti that was made in replacement because that level of pettyness I just dont know that he didnt do something to it. I am paying for food, it should come the way I order it and if i am trying to ensure it is a certain way you shouldnt interrupt to make an assumption, and just as a notice google it or ask ChatGPT it is VERY uncommon for BBQ Chicken to have...

Horrible service. I placed an order for my staff on Boxing Day. I totally understand that they'd be busy but one thing they need to understand is that they have to honour their policies. They showed up an hour and a half late with our order. Their policy states that if the timer is up and they haven't delivered the food yet, it is free. When the delivery guy showed up I asked if the food was free because of the policy and he became very rude and tried to explain the reason he was late.

Now I totally understand that there were a lot of order but the least they could have done was give us a call to give us a heads up but they didn't. So after arguing with the driver for at least 20-30min I decided to pay because I run a business and people were in the store. When he dropped off the delivery, he ran out the store. At the time I thought it was because he was in a hurry but I then realized that there were things missing in the order and there was a can that was broken so it was spraying everywhere.

I called customer service and explained everything to them and the person to whom I was speaking to, hung up on me. That really got me frustrated. I called back again and had to argue with them over the phone for over an hour to explain to them what happened and that it was very unprofessional from the delivery to their customer service. They said that they'd give me a credit for the missing items, but I refused.

All in all I'm never ordering from...

I was refused service at this location due to the negligence of an employee during my visit. I came around lunchtime by car only to arrive to an employee who was blocking the entrance to the parking lot with his car for some inexplicable reason. I rolled my window down to ask him politely to move his car, to which the employee responded with visible annoyance (in between puffs of his cigarette) that he was on break and to park on the road if I was in a rush. Having only 30 minutes for lunch, I obliged with reluctance as I just wanted to get my food.

So, I parked just behind him on the road but not in a way that my own vehicle would also be obstructing access to the parking lot. Then, while I'm in line to order, the employee came back in and says that I have to move my car because it's in the way of others trying to turn in the parking lot.... I responded by saying that first of all that's not true and secondly I'd have parked inside the lot had he bothered to move his car on my arrival which shouldn't have been there to begin with. He continued to be testy and we exchanged words before his coworkers came out from the back and demanded that I was being unruly and to leave. I attempted to explain the situation and that I just wanted food but they again told me to leave, even going as far as to ask the guy behind me for his order.

My entire lunch break was wasted thanks to this nonsense and I don't recommend this location by...
