Season's Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

Not the best experience. I was charged the wrong amount (7% extra). It didn't click in my head at first as I just trust businesses when they charge me. When I looked at my receipt again I knew the price was wrong so I tried talking to the chef who took my order to correct the issue. He just kept arguing with me giving difference excuses, giving me three different prices over the course of my visit to try and justify it and then eventually saying he didn't care and to talk to the management the next day. I would recommend everyone double check your order total/receipts.

If the service wasn't already bad, the guy said he made me a beautiful pizza and when I got home to look at it... the pizza was overcooked and burnt. The crust is black. Overall, it didn't taste very good.

Have tried following up several times with management regarding my experience and every time the same chef answers and gatekeeps. He says they aren't there, and that he doesn't know when they'll come in. Lol even the first time he tried to lie and say he was the manager, later...

Gets a high ranking from me on the price to quality ratio (prices are very reasonable and the quality is good). Not much tomato sauce on the pizza but that seems to be an Ottawa thing so I don't blame them. I'll just get extra sauce next time. Crust is okay. I like it a little thinner & crisper but some people don't. Depends on your taste. The real star is the cheese. Had a really nice taste to it and the consistency was nice. This isn't cheap cheese. The cheese is what will have me coming back. Toppings are toppings and I'll never choose one pizza place over another based on toppings. So if in the Chinatown area, I heartily recommend giving their pizza a try. At the reasonable prices they charge you...

Very disappointed. I spent a while weighing my options, as Ottawa doesn’t have very many decent pizza places to begin with (I’m from out of town. The Hawaiian pizza was just okay, but still left a sad taste in my mouth. The large Caesar salad we ordered was inedible. What a waste of flipping money. Way too much fatty dressing, no parmesan and to my surprise there was bacon added. It wasn’t listed on the menu. $50 for basically just the pizza because we threw out the salad was just miserable. It was my birthday and this really was exactly the kind of experience I was trying to avoid in the first place. I just want to crawl up in a ball and forget that today ever happened.
