Second Cup Café — Restaurant in Ottawa

I ordered a mango and strawberry italian soda but the staff member just gave me strawberry. I saw them making it and the girl staff told the guy staff they don't have mango and the guy just shrugged it off telling her they will just make it with strawberry. What pisses me off the most is they never told me anything about them running out of mango, i would have subsituted another flavor besides strawberry. Now I just wasted my money without getting a product that I paid for. When I went back to ask her that they only made my drink with strawberry syrup. The girl just told me sorry the guy forgot to tell you. Nah I was right infront of them the whole time, and both of them simply did not care. When I went back to them, expecting them to make it right or something and fix it, the girl just said sorry sorry. I didn't wanna cause a scene but when you make a mistake, get reminded of that mistake you should fix it. So now im pissed I spent money on a product I didn't get, and they never fixed it. I know they are tired but this is just horrible customer service. And they could have made it right but just looked at me said sorry and simply did not care enough. On top of this they charged me 25 cents, a paying customer who is already paying for these bloody drinks for a fork. Like bro I am buying stuff at the restaugrant, can't you just give it to me for free at this point. I'm just pissed and my retaliation might be petty but this one star is what they get. Inefficient staff and they are not trained well. The staff lack customer service training. One of them literally left the counter when it was my turn to order.

The coffee makers are cleaned with towel, and could see they continue to use the same towel again and again.
