Bought three 12 inch veggie sandwiches last Friday for 24 dollars with barely any vegetables in them. I was served by two new employees and all the sandwiches had three to four cucumber pieces, three to four tomato pieces and some part of sandwiches had olives, other vegetables was sprinkled in some part of sandwiches in a very small quantity excluding hot pepper and jalapeno which i don't put in my sandwich. The whole family complained that I just bought bread with so little vegetables in it. I wanted to go back and complain about it but I did not. Today I bought two sandwiches one was made by new employee and other sandwich was made by old employee. Old employee sandwich was ok but new employee sandwich had barely any vegetables. I told him to put more vegetables in the sandwich and he said the owner would be upset if he put more vegetables in it. He put three pieces of olives and said ok buddy what sauce you want. I told him to put more vegetables and the second new guy jumped into the conversation and started to argue with me. I told them i don't want to argue. I just want decent amount of vegetables in the sandwich so I don't feel that I am eating only bread and cheese. It has been more than 2 years that I am going to this subway every Friday and have the same order. All the other employees knows my order and never had a problem. I guess the new employees are told to put less vegetables in the sandwiches. Please ask for more vegetables if you see they are putting very less vegetables in your sandwiches. Read morefirst I want to say that I go to Subway very often however this is the first time that I've gone to this particular Subway. I ordered an oven roasted chicken salad and my partner ordered a steak and cheese sub. I noticed when the worker Olivier heated up my chicken, he used an old container that I could see had dried up chunks of oil at the bottom. It looked as though it was solidified bacon oil. Either way it was dirty and not to my satisfaction. Olivier did not seem keen to take our order or to make our order to our liking. He threw on very little toppings and we had to ask him for more which was very uncomfortable because we don't usually have to ask at other subways. The steak from the steak and cheese didn't look very fresh at all. My partner then asked to make a mocha coffee and Olivier's look onhis face was that he did not seem interested where my partner had to ask does it take a long time to make? Is it complicated? Once it was made, my partner went to get sugar and all there was was Splenda. We asked for sugar and Olivier said what is there is all we have left. considering we already paid for it we had to take it. We done tried it and it didn't even taste like a mocha it tasted more like a water down hot chocolate. Absolute disgusting! I've never had to make a complaint like this but I think it's something that needs to be looked into because if this customer service happens to us I can only imagine how much more people it...

Because of all the lost time I had to leave and drive my friend to work. And go back....when I returned they offered me the returned cold sub??? Wow !!! & handled by another customer & no refund offered . So they made me a new one. I asked them for a refund also. Or the cold sub as well! And she said no they were going to keep it!! Plus she said no to the refund ...all you get is the new sub!! With no regard for my time , Gas and frustration?? I told her she knows nothing about the service industry or how to properly fix the situation!!!
