I am beyond frustrated with the customer service at this Subway location.
Every time I place an order through the official Subway app, it turns into a nightmare. I’ve collected MVP rewards fair and square, which are supposed to be an official and legitimate way to pay. But somehow, without fail, this location always finds some excuse to cancel my order. They either claim there’s a problem with the app, the system isn’t working, or something else entirely. And it doesn’t stop there—when I confront them about it, they straight-up lie to my face, insisting there’s an issue on my end when it’s clearly their incompetence.
One time, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went to the store in person. I specifically asked to use my rewards points, thinking this would bypass their “technical issues.” But guess what? They pulled the same nonsense, claiming there was an error and they couldn’t scan the rewards. The smug attitude from the employees made it even worse—they act like they’re too smart for anyone to question them, as if the customers are the problem, not their broken system.
I’m not sure if they’re doing this on purpose or if they’re just completely clueless about how to run a business. Either way, this is terrible customer service, and I’m done wasting my time and energy on this location. If you value honesty and good service, avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth...

Very poor service from an indian guy. Barely put any veggies, had to repeatedly ask for extra everything many times to get what I'm used to anywhere else. Got pissed with black olives and said I'd leave if he Kept going.
He threatened me saying there were cameras active if I left. Asked for more olives and said he'd charge me extra. I left at that point.
Theres a limit on cheaping out at some point. Any other subway will add as much veggies to the point the sandwich won't close.
There's also a limit when you try and force cheaping out practices on a customer. Feel like he was trying to scare me into buying. Will review my options with Subway Canada...
Read morei’ve ordered delivery from this location about 4 times now and i’m thoroughly disappointed. the first couple of times they took over an hour to prepare my order. i get they can be busy sometimes but it really is just a sandwich. subways can sometimes be inconsistent so when my 2nd order came lacking many toppings i figured it was a one off. but today my order is brutal. took an hour to prepare and when i received it my 6 inch sub has a total of 2 slices of turkey on it, someone clearly sliced the bread in half incorrectly because it’s much smaller than any 6 inch i’ve had before, and the 3 pieces of spinach is just sad. i will never be ordering from this location again. seems like when it’s a delivery order they don’t put an ounce...
