The pizza is super tasty, lots of cheese and toppings--if you're looking for a thin and crispy pizza, this is not for you, but if you want a filly pizza with lots of toppings then Tangerine is the place to be! The salads are more expensive than other joints, but I enjoyed them.

What's really nice about Tangerine is that when you order a pizza you get other things too. First, you get a can of pop (the number of cans goes up with the size of your pizza). They actually have a pretty good selection too--not just the big three. You can get Dr. Pepper and cream soda and other things. Second, pizza comes with garlic dipping sauce, which is very garlicy and yummy, you may not want to kiss anyone right away, but it's tasty. Also, soup! Yes, pizza comes with soup, how cute is that? I also love that they put a little roll in the middle of the pizza to keep the lid from sticking to the cheese.

The owners are super nice and I love that they have plants in all their windows. I've only done call ahead/take-out, but there are some tables in the restaurant and they do delivery. There's also online ordering (but I haven't tried it).

Bottom line: they're friendly and they don't skimp on the toppings.

I ordered a large pizza lovers pizza.

We were hesitant to try Tangerine Pizza since from outside it looks like someone's house. There's carpets outside and flowers everywhere, not your conventional spot lol but we called in our pizza choice and picked it up ourselves. Inside it's a bit dark, I see a guy rolling the pizza cutter into this thick, so many toppings, pizza and greets me with a kind hello. Next a woman comes over and tells me to pick 2 cans of soda, they're included with the pizza, cool! I come back with my cans and she bags them up, dishes some pasta salad in a takeout container, shows me my pizza, I see this beauty in my picture, I'm excited since there's two garlic dipping sauces, and hands it to me and off I go. I went in for a pizza, I came out with extra and a smile lol

The pizza was delicious, it is thick crust and very generous in toppings. Next surprise: STUFFED CRUST my friends. This place just won us for life as customers.

It cost $37.75 for this large pizza with the taxes but we got way more than just pizza.

This isn't fine dining pizza but Friday night party pizza, done right.

We're new to Ottawa and had heard lots of good things about Tangerine so decided to give it a try, and we were very impressed! Their pizzas are hefty!! The cheese was amazing and plentiful and the complimentary garlic dip was sooooo good. We ordered two pizzas and received a huge bottle of Fanta and a serving of beef stew (?) that was also super yummy. The owners take a lot of pride in what they do and obviously have a passion for the business and really seem to care about their customers. Their website isn't really user friendly, so next time we order we'll call in instead of ordering online. Very warm & friendly service! Edit: Ordered for the second time and we were again very pleased! I hadn't tried the pepperoni last time as I was so full after one slice of the cheese pizza.. got to try it this time and was very impressed, it's melt-in-your-mouth. We received complimentary pop again and a serving of chicken noodle soup which was amazing--I think the best I've tried!
