Finally today, I decided to go back to Thai Express. I work just across the street and due to bad customer service from my previous experiences, I avoided the place. Today, I thought to give them another chance, and I thought to myself that I would just suck it up on the bad service. Well, I received burnt food for takeout. Customer service was finally improved because the regular girl cashier no longer worked there, but how could you possibly serve customers burnt food? You can smell it as you were cooking and you can see the blackness. There's a snow storm out so I didn't bother to go back, so I had to eat this terrible food I paid for. The franchisor of Thai Express really should be aware of this place, I have heard nothing but horrible things about them. And once again, they have proved everyone right.

UPDATE* There's a new owner at this location and they have honestly changed this place around. The food is delicious, the customer service is superb. I am truly impressed with the new staff and happy to come back here over and over...

This was our first time to this location of Thai Express. I would give them 5 stars on customer service and friendliness, note that there was one person ahead of us one behind us and we had a pretty large order of 7 meals coming to over $80. Given the size of the order, it did not that long to receive our food. It looked like they were doing renovations at the time as the side walls had exposed plywood. I give the food a high 3 or low 4. We have been to number of other Thai Express locations and the food here was meh, not as good and tasty as others. The friendly cashier offered us some treats as our order was so large, unfortunately I feel it was the left overs for the day as the quality of the food was below par (dumplings, wings, spring rolls and the deep fried bananas). It was still nice if her to offer.

Just ordered from the hunt club location I usually get Thai from the bank st one and never had a problem but of course the one time I ordered from the hunt club one they forgot my fried dumplings which are 5$ and plus the other food I ordered it’s pretty expensive but they also forgot the eggs in my pad Thai that I paid extra for...had my friend cal them and the manager was like next time you order just call us and we will either give you the money back or feee dumplings and then getting really defensive and angry because we just said how would they know it’s us...not going to bother to call not going to order from them again, ya people make mistakes but when you order from skip the dishes it says right there that it’s their responsibility to make sure the...
