If I could 0 stars - ordered a tom yum soup added coconut milk, tofu and veggies. The order was. Lose to $20 - and the broth tasted like water. It was for takeout. Anytime I get this soup for takeout the noodles are packaged separately. They were in the soup - when I got home, which is five minutes away the noodles had absorbed so much of the broth that they had no texture and were all about 2 inches long. Never ever ordering from Thai express again. This location used to be good quality - not anymore, especially for the price.

Just ordered food from here.... I came to my car opened it up took the first bite of the general Thai chicken, and immediately spate it out. I eat often at Thai express never this location, I have never had general Thai chicken tastes so chewy and fatty from any location I have been too. The chicken in this meal is always crispy and never chewy and fatty.... honestly didn’t think it was chicken. Tried like three more pieces just incase it was just that one, and nope they all tasted like that very unpleasant texture and taste. I then asked for a full refund on my meal, which I was given amongst also being told that there has never been a complaint before 🤣 find that hard to believe when this location has less than a 3 star rating. Anyways I would personally advise against this location.... never ate chicken like...

This is one of the most unwelcoming place I have been to and serious requires a bit of training on their behavior. It’s very unwelcoming and unpleasant to go there and ask. If you ask a question about the food they don’t give responses and are continuously just watching shows on phone. I am only talking about a mid aged old chef while the other young chef is still better than him. A sensitivity and behavioural training is very much required.
