After waiting 25 minutes in line to order (only one of the registers were being tended to), I began ordering slowly (because I had seen the woman having difficulty taking orders with the people before me). The lady, who wasnt being responsive to what I was saying, demanded me to "stop!" in a loud & aggressive tone. Then stormed away from the till, yelling "I can't do this! I'm not doing this anymore!". Once the workers making food convinced her to finish serving me, she returned & mumbled "go" to me, telling me to keep ordering. After I told her my order, she started typing in my total into the debit/credit machine.. I told her 3 times that it would be cash but she wasnt hearing what i was saying. Once she saw the $20 in my hand, she said "no cash" & told me to get my debit card (there was no sign or indication anywhere that they didn't accept cash). My boyfriend went back to the lady & paid for the food. They gave him our drinks then the workers started yelling at eachother behind the counter & completely forgot about the rest of our order. When he told them that he was still waiting for our bagels a worker snapped at him and was extremely rude until another worker had to apologize on her behalf and continued making our order. Read moreStaff in the morning are very nice, friendly and focused on quality service. The only improvement needed is the manager… why do you short staff this location? Its not fair to the workers or the customers… to make matters even worse, you had two people working, one of which was training on her first day and the other doing 95% of the work + shadow training the newbie.. what kind of a person leaves THEIR Tim Hortons short staffed in the morning with only two people… only one of which is trained… its not my job as the customer to pay forward my time for the sake of YOUR training … it was a 25 minute wait for a coffee when there was only one other person in line … as far as I’m concerned, the manager should be fired for mis-managing new workers and staffing in lieu...

There was a huge line, customers were waiting in line and no one was serving, then a customer took initiative to grab the employee's attention towards serving the customer. After waiting there from 15 mins. an old lady with colored hair ..took my order for Large steep tea with 2chai tea bags. She was murmuring in her mouth and she gave me a wrong order. She served me hot water with 2 chai tea bags. When i told her about the wrong order she angrily took a cup from my hand and dumped into the garbage.
