This is my second review of this location.
We have been going to this one for well over a decade because it’s the closest to where we live.
In the past year or so we have seen a significant decline.
Aside from management, who only work the early shift, most of the staff are not great.
The place is not properly cleaned. The tables are always filthy and sticky. I always have to get a wet rag to clean up myself. No one offers.
We always order dark roast and most times we have to wait because they are out and another pot wasn’t already brewing.
You have unhoused people loitering inside and outside.
One of the front doors was broken for a couple of months.
Today they only had older donuts and muffins and no bagels because the oven was being replaced. There was no foresight to have extra made just for this reason.
I’m wondering if the franchisee knows about this. If not s/he should.
I tried to make this comment on the Tim’s site as requested the last time but without a receipt you can’t do it.
I expect a better response than “I’m sorry, we will try to do better”.
This location needs serious attention.
We will going elsewhere until we are advised that things have improved.
I said I CANNOT leave a review on your website without a receipt which I don’t have. If you want more details, then...
Read moreWanted to give one star but I remember good service once or twice in the past. I went on Sunday and after finishing the orders that were there, there was one person ahead on me. After she was served, the employee walked away and made a coffee. Sure, makes sense as they need their prime seller. The other staff member is working at the food counter and then putting out fresh food from the over. The girl making coffee turns and looks at me, washes her hands and joins the other girl at the sandwich bar making food. Now this is four minutes from when I came in and the one girl leaves for the back and the other continues to fill food orders. I wait a bit more and ask if anyone else was working, trying to say there should be one up front. She happily replies there is only two and slowly continues her order in the food section while the next one joins her again. I didn't mind going in, because usually you got served. Now will never go again, there are enough around to just skip this one...
Read moreLet me preface this by saying George is a shining star at this location! Always friendly, always helpful and always accurate with my order.
However, whoever served me tonight was terrible and clearly didn’t want to be working. I ordered two steeped teas which I had to wait for since a new pot had to be brewed. This is pretty common across all Tim Hortons locations so not an issue. Unfortunately, as I was waiting for my tea to brew, the cashier thought it appropriate to half hazardly hide behind the partition and text instead of serving the next lady who stood patiently waiting in line. Tea generally takes a few minutes to brew and this lady should have been served as soon as the tea was set to brew. To top it all off, my tea was made with cream even though it was labeled m for milk.
The cashier who served me when I returned to have my order corrected...
