I have ordered 4 times now from the richmond location without issue and each time the pizza has been absolutely delicious. Tonight I ordered the new cheeseburger pizza and when it arrived the delivery guy did not have enough change to give me back what I requested, which would have left him with a tip of 3.75. He has just enough change to give me back an amount which leaves him with 4.75 for a tip. Call me cheap, but along with the 2 dollar delivery charge (which I am fine with) I didn't want to pay 7 dollars total in extra on top of the price of one medium pizza and pop. He is visibly annoyed when I go back inside and find enough toonies and a couple of 5 dollar bills and some change which unfortunately gives him the exact amount with no tip. I apologize to him but hey, it is his responsibility to come prepared to work with a proper float. At this point he tosses one of the quarters I gave him on the ground in disgust and walks off. Kind of scary if you ask me. When I get back inside I open the pizza to find out that it is a thin crust but I did not order thin crust. I call the location and the cook tells me there is nothing that he can do because I chose the gluten free option on my order, which I did not. The gluten free option is 5 dollars extra on top of the price of a regular medium. I was not charged 5 dollars extra. I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager and he tells me no one is there and he has to go because he has orders to make. I get mad and he puts somebody else on the phone who pretends they are the owner and he also proceeds to tell me I am wrong and it's what I ordered. I am getting real mad at this point and finally (after they scream at each other for five minutes) the first cook gets back on the phone and tells me he will make a new one and send it over. So basically they wasted 15 minutes of their own time as well as mine. I am writing this review before my remake arrives. The way they treated me like I was some sort of idiot while trying to cover up their own mistake has made me very nervous about the coming pizza. This was no fault of the franchise, but instead some pretty dull employees who couldn't make a fast decision on how to solve a problem that was clearly their fault. Very disappointed. I hope the owner questions this night crew and keeps an eye on them. UPDATE: Thankfully the manager has since reached out to me and apologized for the mix up. Also, the remake pizza which arrived after was excellent. Thank you Willy's. It's not hard to see why you have six locations...
Read moreMost times I order a slice of pepperoni during my lunch break. It's kind of a hit and miss at this location. Half the time it will be really good and for the other half, it will be really bad. Today, I again ordered a slice of pepperoni. What they gave me was an old slice of pepperoni, so old that the cheese was mostly dry. I told the two ladies about it and they prepared me another one. They fried some pepperoni and put it on a slide of cheese pizza. That slice was from the same pizza as the pepperoni one (for slices, it seems that they usually cook 1 pizza, half pepperoni, half cheese). So again, the cheese was dry. I came back, told them and they refunded me. I don't understand how anyone would want to serve that to their customer or why anyone would want to eat that unless they were starving and there was nothing else around.
One of the ladies doesn't even speak English.
They don't always have slices available, which I understand.
One time I arrived at the location and no one was there.I waited a few minutes and finally a guy came out. He said "Sorry, I was brushing my teeth". He gave me a free pop. It doesn't change that its unprofessional of him.
The pizza there is very greesy, which I don't mind but I wouldn't recommend to anyone who doesn't like greesy pizza.
All in all, today was the last straw and I will not...
Read moreWas there for the first time around 11:45 AM. Saw the big sign when I was driving on Richmond. Went for 1 cheese slice. It was odd how the Pizza was in a regular pizza box on top of the pizza oven ( I assume they don't have a warm tray and they use that to keep the pizza warm)
Second issue: It was full of grease, used two of their napkins to soak up the excess grease and both napkins were soaked.
Third issue: I felt they took 8% extra from me when they should not, their slice is $3:29, they charged me $3:72 which has 13% tax attached to it. Food that is less than 4 dollars, only get taxed 5% in Ontario! Notified the cashier, she stated she has no knowledge about it. Seeing she did not offer to return the extra amount, I took my receipt. While I find the other two as a bigger issues, imagine that everyone that bought 1 slice got charged 8% more in taxes which is not allowed.
Totally...
