Consistently wonderful and my #1 boba spot by a long shot.

Unbeatable pearls, an enticing selection, and all-around good vibes. I’m working my way through the menu, and I haven’t been disappointed yet! My current favorite is the Cheesy Thai Milk Tea (I'm a sucker for a salted foam!!).

The space is welcoming and clean, with charming decor and personal touches-like the bunny mural-that make it feel unique and add to the atmosphere. I love that customers can pin their drawings to the board on the wall; it's a thoughtful way to leave a creative mark (though I think it needs an expansion!).

All the staff are friendly, attentive, and caring. I'm especially fond of Nathan and Billy, who are always so helpful and sweet! Their smiles brighten my day every time I see them ☺️ Rose, the manager, is so hardworking and her warm greetings always make me feel genuinely valued as a familiar face. I hope she knows how much she is appreciated!

Absolutely delighted with my visit to Xing Fu Tang in Ottawa! From the moment I walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly cooked tapioca pearls welcomed me. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, and they clearly put a lot of care into crafting each drink.

I tried their signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, and it was one of the best I've ever had. The pearls were perfectly chewy and coated in a delicious caramelized brown sugar, which complemented the creamy milk tea beautifully.

I went to get some boba with family and asked for no ice on one but when we got the drinks it had ice so we asked if they could remove it. We didn't even ask them to make a new one or a refund but one girl was rude with a attitude and insulted us. She told us that we should pay attention when ordering that they confirm the order at the end which they did not.

Edit : Just finished the drinks now which were mediocre. Milk tea was very bitter this time and in the past pearls were mushy. Definitely just a franchise money grab using the name of the store from Taiwan. Bad quality control and service.
