Cole and the guys at the Bayly Branch in Pickering, right down to the drivers, are a top-rate group, that provide best-in-class service, every single time I order there. I live in the condo's next door, so they see me a fair bit. That said, the level of service I received at this location, has been the same, since the day I first set foot in there. The service was exemplary, and it has never changed, not once. I am greeted Everytime I walk over to pick up my order, often by more than one member of staff, and I get looked after promptly, with professionalism and a small personal touch as well. That's stuff matters more than most realize. And, just to complete the experience, I have yet to take my order back for poor quality or inaccuracy. My order is bang on, right down to the topping and crust thickness, and I do change it up every once in a while, so my order does change from time to time. This team makes me feel welcome and appreciated, when I go into their store. Domino's Pizza, Bayly Road in Pickering, is my favorite fast food restaurant to support and visit, and this includes Chinese takeout, right down to all the burger and chicken chains in the area. August 6, 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The service here is consistently excellent. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and happy to answer any questions. They make a point of checking in with customers and keeping everyone informed about their orders, which I really appreciate. On this visit, one of the staff even held the door open for me as I was leaving and made a kind, friendly comment. It’s those little thoughtful gestures that make you want to keep coming back. As for the food, delicious, as always!

I prefer placing my order through their website or app to take advantage of their special offers. The streamlined online ordering process has never given me any trouble.

One feature I particularly appreciate is the progress timer that lets us track the status of our pizza, ensuring we arrive at the store right on time for pickup. Every time, they've prepared our pizza perfectly to our liking. I wholeheartedly recommend this Domino's location.
