Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pickering

I substitute tomato sauce for creamy garlic sauce. The guy didn’t even know that it’s possible. He told me I can’t change the base sauce. When I told him I’d ordered here before and they were able to do that he went and ask another girl. She came and showed him how to change the sauce. But instead of substituting the sauce they charge me twice for creamy garlic sauce. The girl said if I’m changing the base sauce I have to pay. Wth! I go to pizza pizza and change the base sauce to creamy garlic (both my kids don’t like tomato base) and they never charged to change the base. They have a variety of sauces to choose from. I would never go to this place and won’t recommend to my family. What a ripoff 🙄. I will be ordering pizza tonight and it won’t be from you guys, happy to go to pizza pizza...

I like this specific little ceasers because they let me make tweaks to their standard pizzas and don’t nickel and dime me if I wanna swap toppings, vs other locations that don’t offer as many types of pizza and also won’t do anything special when I ask. The staff are all pretty friendly and sweet. I think the owner or the manager also works here a lot and he is very friendly and accommodating. If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a Chicago style pepperoni pizza, and an Italian cheesy bread. Both were severely undercooked, hardly had any toppings, half cold, and wasn’t even cut??
