Today, we visited here and were disappointed with the service we received. While placing our order, we felt that Raja, our server, could have been more welcoming and attentive. Specifically, he didn't greet us upon arrival, and his tone came across as somewhat unfriendly. He also asked if we were there to apply for a job in a way that felt abrupt and unwelcoming. Additionally, there was a misunderstanding about our request for whipped cream, which made him frustrated and he came to the counter aggressively and kept on putting the cream in our drink even though we clearly tell him to stop . We understand that mistakes can happen, but we hope that the staff will take our feedback as an opportunity to improve their customer service skills and provide a more positive experience for future customers.
