Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Pointe-Claire

I'm really disappointed. I usually love Quesada but this specific Quesada has changed my view on things. The first time I went there I found a long blond hair in my burrito and I don't have blond hair at all!!!! When I ordered take out from them I said specifically to put mild salsa and not spicy because spicy foods make me sick and guess what happened... They put spicy!!!! The steak and chicken are extremely bland and rubbery. The staff are usually nice but the only reason why I went out of my way to go to this Quesada is because my friend used to work there even though the one on Sources is closer to where I live. The place is usually clean and it is a very nice place. It is a shame that I've had a such a terrible experience here. Hopefully things have improved since the last time...

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this location. I came specifically to try the new menu, but the staff on site were completely unsupervised, with no manager present. Both employees were unfamiliar with the new recipes, which was very disappointing. It’s clear they should have been properly trained before the launch to ensure they could serve customers effectively.

Additionally, one of the staff members, who was older, left a 15-year-old employee alone to handle customers while he stepped outside, which was completely unprofessional.

Overall, the experience was terrible. I had to leave and go to another location ( des sources) where the staff knew the recipes and provided excellent service. I will definitely not be returning to...

The food here is amazing. The flavours are great and each bite just makes you craving for more. Furthermore, you get to customize your bowls and your burritos to your own likings. The portion is great, one bowl is only around 14$ for the drunken chicken that I had and the condiments were plentiful. Although you don't have a wide selection to pick from, they do include a lot of different condiments and it just keeps changing the flavours while eating through the bowl. The flavours doesn't get tiring at all because of the few sauces you get to pick too and it's just an enjoyable meal. I definitely prefered the bowl over the burrito. The flavours were more spread out through the meal making it more enticing. It's also overall less...
