L2 Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Pointe-Claire

I think I would have enjoyed my bubble tea more if that obnoxious guest care/supervisor didn’t approach me just to confront me about requiring assistance from the staff in the mall. Her rudeness and disrespectfulness in her tone of voice. Just ugh!! Rather than enjoying a nice mango milk bubble tea, I nearly threw up! If the people behind the counter preparing my order heard all that, I’m sorry! Your bubble tea place definitely deserves a better rating from me, but that disgusting experience ruined my appetite! I’ll definitely come back when she gets fired! Besides, if she was having a bad hair day that moment, how unprofessional of her to release all her anger on 2 total strangers, let alone 2 blind customers who are just as normal as regular consumers coming to her mall! L2 Lounge Pointe-Claire is a decent place to get your bubble tea in the area.

It is extremely popular for all the locals and people who want their bubble tea within the shopping centre.

I tried a few of their juices and I love it. Their smoothies are delicious and comes in many flavors and drinks. It is decent and a little sweet for me but it was not a big deal.

The only thing they should have at this place is a medium size. They only have a Small, Large and Extra Large which is a bummer compared to Real fruit tea. Because they should more sizes for bubble tea and other drinks.

Service can be slow as well since only three or four people order and they have a lot of customers especially if it is busy. So you need to wait a little bit if there is a lot of customers.

Most of the time when I go, the service is fairly good, other than the fact that the employees aren't very friendly, but I went to this shop not long ago and I waited for my tea for around 20 minutes... Numerous people that payed after me were getting served before me and the employees didn't notice or ignored me. I ordered a regular drink, usually it doesn't take long. When I told them that I have ordered a long time ago, the cashier said that he was doing it, when he wasn't.. he was serving other people at the cash. Very bad experience, I hope...
