Thai Express Restaurant Pointe-Claire — Restaurant in Pointe-Claire

Thai Express Pointe-Claire is not the best one I’ve been to.

I ordered their limited edition pad Thai rancha one with shrimp and one chicken. The food itself was alright and tasted decent and had Less vegetables on it and less meats but No major issues when I ate it.

The cons:

No napkins upfront.

After I ordered the person behind me got a better customer service then I did. After he ordered, The employee asked him for a water in a cup and just look happier and better when he saw him and he got his food nicely opened and served to him directly from one of the employees even when it was for takeout.

There was no bag when it’s for takeout. Most Other Thai Express do offer bags for takeout and the employees put it in the bag. Today the cooked handed it to me without it.

One of the head cooks had an air-pod which is not allowed and disrespectful in his ear which felt like he did not want to be there and looks like he was tired and looks like he was not working hard. He also felt slow and sluggish.

He also said “Hello, Hello” in an aggressive form and way after the food was ready. Not cool bro!

The food was plentiful and no major issues with it whatsoever. Just poor customer service for me. I’ve been to most Thai expresses that were polite and kind.

To summarize. I would not recommend this Thai Express because to me, customer service a good work ethic and positivity is way more important than the food.

This is the worst Thai Food Experience that I have ever had! First, I couldn't even access their website to order delivery to my nearby hotel, then when I finally figure out the right phone number to call, they tell me that it would take no more than 45 minutes. Well, over an hour later they tell me that the driver had a flat tire and they were sending out another driver. 30 minutes later, my food still hadn't showed up and the customer service center texted me that they were cancelling my order!! A few minutes later, someone finally showed up at my hotel room, so at least I was relieved that it wasn't cancelled, but after eating cold rubbery tasting food that had been sitting out for 90 minutes or more, I wished that it was cancelled! I will never order from this...

Ok this doesn’t make sense. I order 2 vegetarian Pad Thai’s and while I’m looking at the cooks making the food for the previous people they soak in the water the shrimp and vegetables of the people before us and then make their meal. Afterwards for our meals they soak our vegetables in the same water where the shrimp had soaked in. Seriously!?! If I order a vegetarian meal that you also advertise with a vegetarian symbol beside it it therefore shouldn’t be in contact with crustaceans. Super gross and I am never eating at your...
