My first time was great, my second was OK and it was all downhill from there.
The mac & cheese seems to almost always be good but the julius caesar wrap is very inconsistent. I haven't tried anything else by the way.
Sometimes the chicken is burnt or all the ingredients shoved in the wrap one layer at a time instead of this nice mix of chicken, lettuce, cheese and sauce that made it such a delight.
Now, one time it's watery, the other the sauce taste weird.
I think for the price, the quality of the food should be better.
16-06-2024 - Ordered on Uber recently, it was good but the sauce didn't taste like ceasar and there was little to no cheese but the lettuce was bright green.
I call for a pickup and order the same thing, mention the sauce was wrong last time and if she could make sure it the right one. Order grilled chicken julius ceasar no bacon since she offered. I get there, she tells me she tried to call me a couple of times, I didn't get any call and I have no missed calls, to tell me they don't have grilled chicken. I don't mind because I already kind of knew she was wrong since I couldn't get grilled chicken on my last order. I ask if it's ready and what we do if it's not the right sauce, she's new so she dosent know what to say and I tell her if she even did anything cause over the phone you seem like you really didnt care. She confirms that she said something to the kitchen. Cool, thanks! I get home there's no cheese or very little I don't know where it is there's bacon, I asked for no bacon and the lettuce is really bad quality it's the yellow/white part of the romaine lettuce, the part I hate the most and taste the worst. If at least the person would of put more sauce and cheese to cover the bad taste.
In any case, a customer complains, you try to make sure his next order is perfect, no? At least, I do.
Hopefully you guys can do better next year but I really doubt it.
Is it worth the money in...
Read moreWalked in with my girlfriend on Monday around 9:00pm, place was empty, my girlfriend ordered first and she ordered in English “waffle fries with a side of gravy” as she wasn’t super hungry. The cashier pretended to not understand what gravy was as her primary language was French and my girlfriend tried to explain her order in French despite our French not being the best and the cashier understood. My turn to order, I ordered “2 chicken tenders” in French to make the cashier more comfortable, she asked me what sauce in French with a very hard to understand accent so I didn’t understand and asked her to repeat and she repeated with a slight rudeness in tone so I said bbq. She then said what I now think was “c’est tous” but really said “c’est tau” of which I had no clue what that meant and asked her to repeat herself 3 times and I really didn’t understand. In the end I just said yes because I wasn’t sure what she was asking me and she was getting more aggressive with every repeat. I intended on ordering fries but didn’t bother changing the order to avoid having to speak to her again in French as she made no effort to speak in the customers language. As I was waiting to tap my card to pay I noticed the tip option pop up and I chuckled. Worst customer service I’ve ever received, it’s a mostly English spoken area and she didn’t even bother to try and speak English to English speaking customers where other areas of Montreal would have at least tried. Very entitled, hate to bash the restaurant for one worker but I’m sure I’m not the first to approach her in English. As we were waiting for our food she began singing in English. Food was good and restaurant was nice and clean. Facing Madame Poulet is Milanos, I recommend going there for 5/5...

I broke my toe in the dining room.
We came in with a larger group, and we tried to shuffle a couple tables together. But the heavy stone-type table tops were not actually fastened to the legs, and it tipped onto my foot. I'm gonna be fine after a few weeks, but a small child or a senior could have been more seriously injured.
Anyway, I still feel like they had a chance to save the situation. But even after asking for a first aid kid it took the cashier like 15 minutes to find a Band-Aid (which didn't help lol) then maybe another 10 to find some ice cubes. Just feel like if someone was injured in my business, I'd be jumping to make sure they had everything they needed.
They passed out Pepsi cans for our meals that day, instead of asking what we'd like when we ordered. A couple of us asked for something different from the fridge and the cashier literally sighed and rolled his eyes at us. I couldn't believe it.
The combos are supposed to come with a bun and Cole slaw so you can make a sandwich. 75% of the time they don't give them to us. When we ask they're kinda reluctantly given. Usually.
We did go back and check that the bad table has been removed from the dining room. So at least that.
We really do love the food. I just find the staff's attitude and unhelpfulness when I was injured is really wearing on me. Which is really...
