As a long-time patron of Starbucks, I have always appreciated the warm atmosphere and excellent service provided by the staff at this location. However, my recent experience, particularly on my son's 18th birthday, left me extremely disappointed.
My son, eager to celebrate his milestone birthday, decided to create an account to redeem the customary birthday drink offered to loyal customers because was always using my account. Excitedly, we visited your establishment on his special day, only to be met with a disappointing denial of his birthday treat.
Despite being a loyal customer for years, it was disheartening to witness my son's excitement turn to disappointment when he was informed that he was ineligible for the birthday drink due to his recent account creation.
This policy not only tarnished our celebratory mood but also left us questioning the fairness of such regulations.

The staff are slow paced snots with the exception of a girl named Burkley who is always friendly and a barista who is a musician with a home studio. The rest are completely rude slow and stuck up. I was buying a venti ice coffee every morning but the service is beyond slow, I'm shocked there is only ever 1 barista. I wait on average 15 to 20 minutes and theres usually only 2-3 people in front of me, yesterday I was almost late for work. Its beyond frustrating and not a nice way to start your day. Last time I ordered oatmeal here, it was given to me completely dry â no water or milk â so I called afterward, and the staff told me I could get a free replacement the next time I visited.
When I came back today, an Asian male employee told me that it âshould be within a week,â which was never mentioned to me on the phone. I explained what I was told, and although he did agree to make the oatmeal, his attitude was very dismissive and rude. He even tossed the oatmeal down in front of me, which felt disrespectful and made me uncomfortable as a customer.
