Ordered online 2 hours ahead with a set time on a day where I had a lot of tight times frames. It was not ready on time. When I paid the cashier handed me the debit machine with the tip screen showing. Like I should still offer a tip when they did no work. They didn’t even start my order until I paid. People were calling about thier orders and others were waiting for pizzas inside as well. A staff in the back was smart enough to suggest to the cashier to get one of the 2 delivery drivers standing around to take over the till so she could go help in the back. He refused, a supervisor came up front to help, the cashier left to help. Pizzas finally got made but the supervisor didn’t hand any out, like she didn’t want to talk to customers. Then she started mumbling under her breath after each phone call stating things like “use the tracker people, that’s what it’s for”. Eventually the cashier came back and handed out our cold pizzas that were done 20 minutes ago. Late for picking up kids. And the pizza sucked, I ordered extra sauce, not saucy, ordered extra...
   Read moreI used to believe that you payed this dominos more in Portage for the higher quality pizza than the rest of the options. Recently however there have been a number of complaints I and other people have. Last time I ordered for instance, we waited an hour for the driver to get here and then he didnt even have our full order. So he went back to get the rest. Add almost another hour to the time and he brings back the rest of my order without any free "apology" food and it was completely cold. The cheesy bread we ordered also had a bunch of the seasoning on it like it was an afterthought. I doubt I will be ordering anything else from the portage location as this has been a trend over the last few times me and some of my friends...

I already canceled the order and went somewhere else I tell him, he has the nerve to say "Ooookay guess ill just take these pizzas back to the store" in some kind of odd playful demeanor. I complained, they sent me a Gift certificate that they wont accept because there is no prove, like a reference number, It's just in sharpy with signature CG or CS. I give up. I'm done.
