This was a few days ago when I was going to Winnipeg and on my way wanted to stop for a quick coffee, I was honestly not in a good mood because of some personal reasons, I went inside the restaurant and there was a big lineup, When my turn came up my barista whose name was Prabh began taking my order, he was probably the happiest guy working there otherwise everyone had a straight face due to the rush, I ordered a drink and a bagel which is my usual order, I told him that I was in a rush and would want my order served quickly, There were probably 4-5 people in front of me but he gave me my order first and ensured everyone they will get their orders soon as well and told them that he had to serve me first as I had an urgent appointment, thankfully no one felt bad about it, Also my coffee order is a bit complicated but I could tell the taste was really precise, just wanted to put this review out to the hardworking employee who on that particular day went above and beyond in customer service to give me my order. Hope he gets...
Read moreMore often than not, it's always a bad experience going through this drive thru. My go-to beverage is an ice-capp, but this Tim's is notorious for not filling them up as much as the other Tim's do. Orders are often messed up. I ask for a 12 grain bagel, end up getting a cinnamon raisin. Ask for your bagel to be toasted w/ cream cheese..end up getting a burnt bagel with butter. OR not toasted at all. The last time I went through here the staff at the drive thru window scanned my rewards card, which I was certain would have enough points to redeem for my free beverage, but the staff still asked for the money. I thought "okay I know I have points but I guess not quite enough..." So I paid. Later on in the day I checked my Tim's Rewards app and sure enough all my points were gone. So they had redeemed all my points towards my free beverage, but still took my...
Read moreI walked in @ 10:45pm and went to use washroom before I ordered… manager (I assume) opened the bathroom door to tell me they are closing in 3 mins… I asked him if there wasn’t a female employee working that could have spoken to me. He dismissed me by saying he only opened the door.. I asked at 10:51 pm what time they close and he said they close the front at 10:55pm and close at 11:00 pm… My husband told me he locked the door right after I walked in at 10:45pm I’m disabled and he made me exit out the side door far from my car because he didn’t want to unlock the door at 10:53pm that he isn’t supposed to lock until 10:55pm and I wasn’t even asked if I was going to order anything. It seems Tim Hortons staff have no respect for privacy or their customers in...
