Subway — Restaurant in Prince George

This place is clean and has really nice staff but there is one thing. I have been coming here for 2 years now and those 2 years have been suffering whenever it comes to using the fountain pop machine. If you want any drink other than dr.pepper it's fine. So I have written a guide on how to obtain the dr.pepper from the machine.

First off before you decide to pour any dr pepper. Make sure youre arm's length away from the machine and your cup is not directly underneath. Another tip that will help later is to always taste the dr.pepper once you have poured it.

20% of the time the dr pepper will pour completely fine. Pour the dr pepper into the Trey below making sure that it is dr.pepper colour then, place your cup underneath the spout and obtain the dr.pepper and taste to make sure it truly is dr.pepper

We just went there today, and asked for some water, then we ordered food and filled the cups with a drink. So, the girl who was working there said in a very rude tone that those cups are for water. So, we paid for the drink, which had unlimited refills but she did not even give us the drink cup. And when we were leaving, refilling that cup again, she said in a very rude tone that, " Are you girls serious?" So we just said that we are refilling and she was being rude for no reason. We told her that even if it was our fault, she did not have to be so rude. So, she replied that, " you don't teach me what to do". I said " I'm just saying, not teaching". So she replied again in a mocking tone. So we said about talking to the manager and she said that ok, do whatever you can. Such a rude person. She just doesn't know how to deal with customers. Even I work pastime at a food chain. And we are told to always prioritize the customers. I belive that half the customers will not come back because of her. Certainly not me and my friends. Pulled up, it was empty. Door was locked but it was 1130 prime lunch time. Was in a rush ordered 3 12 inch sub combos for myself and 2 coworkers. I had mine toasted so it would be a hot sandwich. 1 person walked in behind me and instead of finishing off my order and getting me outta there she proceeds to take the next persons order while my subs are cooling off on the counter waiting for veggies and condiments. Then i pay and she give me the subs but rings the next guy through and doesnt even give me my cups. Furthermore i asked for all but tomatoes on one of the subs due to allergies.... guess what she threw some in anyways. I was too pissed...
