3rd strike! I moved to Prince Rupert over a year ago and have been to Cowpuccino’s exactly three times. I had bad experiences (customer service, price, product) during my first two visits but didn’t post a review as I like to support local businesses and I figured they were just ‘off’ days. But today we stopped in to get a cold drink and my friend ordered a lychee bubble tea, one for each of us. We both had plastic bits in our drink. There was lots of it. I went inside to tell the barista about it, and I was really polite. I didn’t want them serving the same terrible product to anyone else. The barista said it couldn’t have been the blender, or the drink mix and said ‘thanks for letting me know’. He didn’t offer a refund or a new drink. We basically threw $12+ away as my drink was garbage. I just can’t try to support this place any longer. Just do better...

We were in town for a port of call on our Alaskan cruise. After an excursion hiking the Butze rainforest we walked about town. We were eager for a good cup of coffee as the coffee served on the Oceania cruise (in the dining rooms) we were on was terrible. I had seen Cowpucino's mentioned in several YouTube videos I had watched prior to the trip and I am glad we stopped in. The coffee was great. But equal to the coffee was the butterscotch brownie I had. I was told by another patron while in line that everything is homemade. Wow, it was fantastic. By the way, if you sit outside to enjoy your coffee and hear some strange sounds, those are eagles way up at the top of the tree across the street. A local told us that there is a breeding pair of eagles that have been around for many years that have a nest...

I ordered the lox and bagel, it was terrible. Garnish was three dried carrot sticks with ranch dip. I saw the cook preparing my food and hoped I wasn't being served ranch dip with my salmon and cream cheese. But there it was, on my plate, disgusting. Let me get to the salmon part. Don't get me wrong, the salmon was a beautiful colour, but the preparation of it was horrible. They didn't remove the grey fat from the salmon, and they cut it so thick, and I don't know why it was so chewy. Also, the bagel wasn't toasted, which should be the standard. The service wasn't any better, they weren't able to handle 3 or 4 customers, I waited at the table for my latte, the barista didn't know who it was for, going around to tables saying, did you order this? Train your cooks and baristas to know who ordered what and...

I went on a Princess cruise in August and one of the ports we stopped at was Prince Rupert. My wife and I saw there was a coffee shop called Cowpuccino. We knew this was a place we needed to visit. It is an easy walk from the dock and next to the sunken garden. The coffee was delicious and I bought some beans to take home with me. If you happen to be in Prince Rupert, take a moment to stop in and buy something, it is worth your time. Also, please be patient. Our cruise ship had 3,100 people on board, so there was a line to order your coffee and food. The staff worked fast to get the orders out to everyone, and did it with a smile.

This vegetarian was so happy to have Cowpuccino's porridge. It was one of the better porridges I've had with perfectly made oats that melt in your mouth. Dried cranberries and coconut add texture and flavor. Add your own milk and sugar to your own liking. The coffee was decent too. Great wifi and good vibes meant I could enjoy some work after coffee and breakfast. Though, I would love to see some more variety for vegetarian options including a breakfast sandwich or burrito!

Prince Rupert is a nice quite community a long Cow Bay where Fishman bring their load of fish to the markets. Also there's a unique coffee shop called Cowpuccino's Coffee House that you see it in the states or elsewhere my wife and I went there to get some hot chocolate and coffee and probably a pastry our first time try a Canadian pastry. The coffee was really good and my wife hot chocolate was also good. We brought two scones they were so good plenty of flavor.
