Tide and Table — Restaurant in Prince Rupert

I never write reviews but this one needs to be done. The food was great but the service was terrible. The wine list said $40+, I asked if that was for a glass or bottle. He said a glass is $12, so I ordered one. He comes back saying they’re all out of all 10 options of white wine except for the house wine. I was pretty sure this was only because he told me the wrong price. That’s fine, so I ordered the house wine and our meals. When I ordered my meal I subbed fries for onion rings. When he brought my meal he said “they gave you fries” and went to walk away and ignore it. I asked if I was able to get onion rings as I had been looking forward to them. He brought us a large plate of very delicious onion rings and charged us for them as its own dish and not a substitute. I never get to go out and for a new restaurant to hide the fact they quoted the wrong price and also knowingly bring the wrong dish and not take any accountability made for a terrible experience. Paid 26$ for chicken "strips" with a poutine and OJ. The portions were laughable, in the sense that when I was baffled at the tiny chunks of overcooked chicken the waitress laughed and walked away. Should have sent it back but was starving as a busy morning put off eating late. It appeared she communicated this with the kitchen which was met with more laughter.
