My wife and I came in with our 2 daughters to meet her mom, sibling, and their partner for brunch on Dec 24. We all got drinks and food. I tipped 20% on the drinks and 15% on the food. My 5 yr old daughter didn't eat much of her quesadilla, but really enjoyed the 2 slices of blood orange on the side. I went and asked the staff if they could spare a few more slices. They looked a little unsure at first but then one of the girls pulled an orange out of the cooler and grabbed a knife. As I thanked her, I put a $5 in the tip jar and went back to our table. She appeared a moment later with a little plate and two tiny slices (just below the top of the orange) and told her, "here you go, these are our 2 very last slices." Definitely a lovely little cafe! And a perfect...

I asked for a double shot of espresso on ice with oat milk, but with these simple instructions, none of the staff understood. While they were making my drinks, I heard them talking and making fun of my order, like there's nothing funny about my order. This lady gave me my order and let me pour the oat milk into my cup. Clearly there's miscommunication, but after I poured the oat milk, she turned back on me and gave me this attitude. Also, I paid for a cheese & croissant, but they gave me a plain croissant only i noticed when I...
