A comprehensive review: Ambient: this restaurant/bar has a nice mix of tables separated in two floors. There are small, more private ones; bar style, and conventional tables that can be arranged to receive large groups. The theme is common to all restaurants of the franchise: a mix of country with contemporary, old fashion brewer shops with modern technology. They show with pride their large beer making tanks inside glassed rooms. Food: the menu is small but variable. In my opinion, this allows to provide good quality since it looks and taste fresh. Drinks: also few options, but with focus on what their name stand for: local-made beers. Great place to give a try for some different kinds of beers. Staff: we went there for a birthday dinner. 19 foreign people, one being a young boy. The staff that received us was very motivated, funny and courteous. Managed to have most of our orders correctly. Some minor issues that were quickly corrected. Price: well, it is expensive, and I do agree the price might not be compatible with all the content.

Read moreMe and my friends went there to have fun. It was our first experience there, so we didn’t have any expectations. After ordering our drinks we noticed that one of our drinks had mold on the orange topping. Not only there was mold on it, but the orange was flipped upside down so it wouldn’t have been noticed unless you took off the topping. When we noticed it, we were obviously disgusted and immediately brought up the matter to our waiter. Who didn’t even propose to my friend compensation for the situation. He took it back to the kitchen and brought it back assuring us that they made it from scratch again, but we couldn’t stop ourselves from hesitate to drink or eat anything. We examined our food before eating it and didn’t have any further problems. When we were ready to leave, we brought back the matter of the drink to maybe have compensation for my friend which was immediately shut down with an annoyed tone from the waiter.
So to recap we won’t go back to 3 brasseurs Ste-Foy…

Read moreVery nice place to go eat pub food while watching sports on their many tv screens either alone, with friends or in a large group. The food selection for a pub/restaurant was humongous. Burgers, pizza , fish&chips, poutines, meats, chicken… The atmosphere is very nice , warm and inviting. The staff was really polite, nice and efficient. The food we ordered was really tasty 🤤 and the portions were great. We ordered the Fish&Chips and the « Hangover »burger & poutine. The poutine was very bland and ordinary tasting. They have many type of beers available and even brew many of their own beers on site. The food at this location much better than the other two locations. Highly...
