was good food I'll give them that. smoothies were amazing, but I'd NEVER go back. watched an employee take a testing spoon, dip it in some sorbet, eat it & then dip it into another one.... after just licking the same spoon he used to dip.... contaminating that whole batch.... it was the MOST disgusting thing I have seen anyone do to their products. especially while I customer (my boyfriend & I) ate 10ft away. it was a male employee who did this by the way, the female did nothing wrong, was very polite & served us quickly. no complaints with her, but him? Délicieux! I love this location because it’s the best of two worlds: the history and incredible ambiance and vitality of Vieux-Québec in the summer coupled with a delicious Canadian pastry gem. Be prepared to get down and possibly a little dirty with your choice of sweet treat. I am typically a chocolate-banana (Bananarama) kinda girl and I find that less messy, but I also think that it’s compliments to the chef if I end up wearing a part of my meal…lol.
