Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Quesnel

I don't normally give restaurants bad reviews but this was ridiculous. We just drove 15 hours get to the hotel ask pizza hut to deliver. I get told it'll be 40 minutes.. that's fine , then I get a call back asking if I could just come pick it up it would be faster. I told them no sorry I'm tired been on the road for 15 hours. I wouldn't have ordered delivery if I wanted to pick it up. So they agree to drop it off. I ordered half cheese half supreme pizza to share with my daughter and literally it was all supreme but one slice that still had vegetables on it. I called to talk to them about it and the woman argued with me about how I was wrong. you can clearly see it was not half and half and definitely not worth 35$ for a medium . Bad customer service. We just ordered a pizza for delivery, we were told it would be 45 minutes. They called once to tell us they were out of mushrooms and ask if we’d like to make a substitute. 30 minutes later they called and told us that they did have mushrooms after all but hadn’t started our pizza yet. Over another hour went by and no one had showed up yet. When we called to ask how much longer we were put on hold for quite a few minutes before being told that they still had not started the pizza. Was really disappointed with the fact that placed an online order and it was still early enough that you guys could have made it could have called us if the since Uber no showed delivery and when we came there at midnight because nothing was said or called or canceled you as a fellow just looked at us and said it was canceled even though you never once canceled it never called us never even communicated with us and then we ended up having starving kids and family visiting so thanks a lot for making sure that our night was a little less enjoyed and probably won't be using your service or recommending it for a...
