Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Quesnel

If I could give this place 0 stars I would!

We had just drove 8 hours and decided to drop in to Tim Hortons for coffee and donut. We got to the counter and ordered 3 coffees and 3 donuts. The girl put 2 coffees on the counter and walked away. We waited at the counter for 10 min and still no 3rd coffee or donuts. Finally the girl came back and asked what we were waiting for. Is this not why they have screens? We had to tell her what type of donuts again and she still forgot to put one in the bag, which we did not realize until we were already out of town.

During all this happening I had went to use the bathroom. The bathroom was disgusting. Very very dirty and had not been cleaned in quite sometime. Went into one stall and no toilet paper. Went into the other stall and no toilet paper. Frustrated and having to really go the bathroom. I went to the counter and asked for someone to please either get me toilet paper or napkins. I was told by the same girl who served me that she was busy. I asked another girl who asked the first girl who said again I'm too busy. I asked for napkins, even saying I would not put in the toilet. I was now ignored completely. Another customer came over and showed me to the napkins, it was that easy.

This was by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen if not the worst restaurant. This place should be shut down. I am absolutely frustrated that I was treated like this and can not believe this place has remained open.

Probably my last trip to Tim Hortons!

Frustrated...

I stopped at Tim Hortons on my way to work to get a coffee and breakfast i ordered a double double a sausage farmers wrap and a couple donuts. well the 1st guy the one at the till gave me my coffee and the donuts and told me to wait i waited and i was watching the second guy the one making the food kind of wander around and slowly putting cream cheese on bagels and wrapping them. I stood there for 15 minutes and asked the first guy how much longer it was going to take then he told me rudely that if i didnt want to wait i should have made it at home and that they serve 100 people every morning. Iv’e been to a lot of Tim Hortons locations who served way more people than that and were still fast so i told him im going to be late for work and ive already been here for 15 minutes and i would just like a refund for the wrap so i can leave and not be late he rudely refused so i kept waiting and finally got my wrap it was tiny like 2 and a half inches long wrapped in a bagel wrapper not the cardboard wrap container and was easily half the size it should have been i just took it and left because i had 10 minutes to be at work but this kind of customer service is completely...

The chicken sandwich was almost rotten! Told my colleague, so I have a witness, if I got sick. Only had 1 bite. The girls there seem a little “stunned”. Girl went from handling food, with gloves on, goes to cash til, then right back to handling food. A lady said to change her gloves before handling her food. They never spoke English with their communication. Thought I would get a receipt, so I can claim on my expenses, but that would have been too much work??! Didn’t realize it until I was gone. Just horrible! Go to the one up the hill. They are cleaner, and better food/service.

I don’t have the time to go to your web page to fill out forms, so don’t send me your generic answer to my response, as is repeated in all the responses to your other poor reviews. That’s YOUR job!!! Just get rid of the lumps that work there, and hire some people that can speak English when at...
