As a frequent customer of this establishment, I have been experiencing a rather uncomfortable situation lately. There is a particular staff member who has repeatedly accused me of not paying for my morning coffee and reusing the same cup. This is quite distressing, especially since I make it a point to purchase my coffee from this location on a regular basis, as it is conveniently located near my workplace in the mall. The fact that I have been falsely accused in front of other customers adds to my discomfort. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I even presented my debit card statements as proof of purchase on the same day, but unfortunately, this gesture was met with snide remarks from the staff member...

Was excited to try the new Nashville chicken crunch sandwich. For 11 dollars ( I went with no sides) this should be a good burger. Absolutely not, the burger was over cooked and chewie and had nothing on it. I couldn't even chew or eat it it was so tough. Usually have OK experiences here. Last time I went here though, was 10am and they messed up on the lady's order infront of me and had nothing ready (breakfast items like hashrbrowns). Took over 15 min to get my food the last 2 times I've been there with only one person infront of me. Definitely don't go here if you are impatient. imature staff walking around...
