So i went to mc donalds the other moring to wait for my ride in minus 49 c .i figured id get a medium coffee and sit down to waste 25 to 30 mins and enjoy mcdonalds mediam coffee i sat down and 5 mins later there is 4 RCMP telling me to leave that i could not stay there i wasnt welcome there as the really ignorant manager standing beside the police i said the sign says no loitering max 20 min stay customers only i told the police and manager i had 16 more mins left and i eat here all the time always spend money on a meal and eat or drink my coffee and meal this manager was told by me i wasnt leavi g till i finnished my coffee and sure id go but im a customer i come here once or twice a week the police also were told by me i aint leaving its cold and my ride would be along shortly i was no bother i got picked out by this female phillapeno lady and i was asked by police my name i informed him that by law i am not required to provide u with any of my info as im not being detained or arrested the police were also trying to breach my legal rights they kno they are taking there power all to far so i did atay till my 20 minits were up i was timed by this meen lady i refuse to eat there again and anyone else who has had this horibal experiance plz speak up as well in comments these guys also had the air conditioning on trying to freeze me and 2 other pations out i feel so mad about this but hey what do u expect from RCMP ... and a miserabal manager they could be usi g tgat time to clean the needles and drug paraifnela up as well as a unusable tolite and there was poop on the wall pee all over the floor and tolite seat im absolutely disturbed by a manager that is supposed to run a crew of employees and demostrate a good roll model for these employees leading a crew of people standing around learning from the best roll modle yet these bathrooms are a bio hazzard and unsafe just wanted to thank the manager her name is (may) ur a great roll modle for representing that location and showing ur employees how to attack a paying customer with 4 police and her self 5 people to do the evil task of kixkong out a payomg cuatomer with out ANY reason u need to get new person to manage ur restaurants so they are clean and pleasant to be eating at good job may ur customer care is the bomb plz let somone with customer service experiance take ur place u would have been a good bully at best so good job micky dzzz for being the greatest experiance i ever had u lost this customer im never going to be letti g this happen again unbelievable. Job give may her record of employment stamped fired i will also be calling head office and any thing i can to improve thT establishment .

Read moreNormally I don't write reviews and even if I had a bad first experience, I still go back because sometimes you just went there at a bad time or something. But I've been here easily 10 times this year now because my work is close, and every one of them, except ONE has not been good. I've never felt welcomed, they say hi but in a drop dead kind of voice, never say I'll be with you in a bit when they are busy when you've been standing there longer than 10 minutes, and even when they are not busy, I've seen employees just on their phones without a care in the world, even though I'm just standing there and haven't ordered. Usually they forget an item in the bag to. Today I ordered the meal where you get those glass cups, as the plush TY one is now available. When I received the box, it showed Grimace on it. Course when I opened it, it is Grimace and I asked if they had the plush one instead. The lady told me that she didn't know, cause they are all random in the boxes and just walked away. It literally shows you the cup your getting by the box pictures. So she just lied to my face. I never get the same employee either, so are they all like this? I understand not every time you go you have an awesome costumer service, but 9/10 being bad? Like come on now. It should be the opposite. Only good thing I can say that when they did get my order right the food has been good. But I won't go here again....

I witnessed a staff member give a food item to the wrong customer(who unfortunately appeared to be under the influence of drugs that are known to be passed through touch. I am not judging the individual I am merely stating a visible fact) then proceed to take that item back, after the customer was out of view with the items. To then try and place the items into an order for children. This goes directly against food handling practices and I was beyond disgusted witnessing the staff try to hide this action from the customer. When she then asked for a refund, they placed the food items back into their stock to be served to the next person. This was a series of actions that directly go against any food handling practices and company standards. I fear what else they are doing.
The staff then proceeded to complain amongst themselves for being called out by the customer for the actions.
I know that in this instance they should have replaced the food items for the customer that they mistakenly gave to the wrong person and thrown away the items in question. The fact that they tried to serve it to them, and then placed the food items back into their heated area to serve to the next person is an offense that is grounds for immediate termination of employment.
