Chair and booths were comfortable, good viewing spots for TV to watch the games. Unfortunately, the older waitress we had was awful at her job. She did not know the menu well enough to tell me what was on tap. Come on now that's a bit sad. The waitress was extremely rude to my other buddies trying to order appetizers and main dishes. Natchoes, and burger were pretty good, the pizza hot dog was a bit bland, massive sub bun and poorly layered sauce, light on the hot dog thickness and small portion of pepperoni added to this "pizza hotdog" I fell if the bun was brought down in size however, the hotdogs, pepperoni and sauce would have been a perfect size, food for thought. Price of food seemed fair. However, the price of the on tap beer was a tad high compared to some locations. Male server who I believed to be the bartender or mixologist was extremely nice and kind asked if we needed anything extra was fast to the jump to ask questions and such, but as i said female waitress should be canned. After covid times trying to stay floating, you can't have employees like that. Was a 1 beer 1 meal kind...

My first visit, I am here from Calgary. The food was ok. But the wait staff really bad this a bad experience. I ordered the big wing plater. My friend wanted wine, the person knew nothing about the wines they had. 3 what would be best described as a house wine. Made last week I the prison lavatory. But the best part came when I ordered what they told me they were known for. Chicken wings. I ordered the plater my friend didn't want spicy. So I asked for 3 kinds for her and a spicy kind for me. So I was told that the kitchen would not allow us to add a 4th kind of sauce for the wings I would have to order another entire order, to get that . So a 31 dollar order of wings I had to add 17 more dollar order to get what I wanted. But I was,the attitude of the staff. I will not be back. It was and embarrassing time and well as they didn't know better. This is my experience, not saying that you would have the same. But who knows. Disappointed and...

Food is okay. But they wouldn't let me order more food. I tried to order a hamburger patty on its own last night after my large chicken salad, with 4 small strips of chicken on it.

They said it needed to be ordered with a meal. I had already ordered a meal and wanted more food that was gluten-free. I had already done similarly in the past two weeks.

Savannah the server told me this and didn't offer me any alternatives and just brought the bill while I was still hungry. I told management about this and they did nothing.

First star lost for getting a 25$ chicken salad (large) with only four small strips of chicken on it.

Second star lost for not honouring the previous policy and for not helping out a gluten-intolerant person.

Third star lost for not offering to help me find more food and just bringing me the bill so I can go home hungry.

Fourth star was lost because the management did nothing.
