Indulge Kitchen + Bar — Restaurant in Regina

Traveling from out of province for work and was looking for a new hidden gem. Wow is all I can say. Literally everything was perfect! Husband and wife team doing it all. Chef(husband) greeted us right away and server(wife) came over right away to share recommendations on both drinks and dinner. Had the peach tea from rebellion and whipped feta to start. Both were amazing. I'm telling you, get the feta- it's a nutty, slightly spicy piece of heaven!! For main I had the BLT and poutine and it was incredible as well. Buns are made in house, burgers are hand made and came to find out they make the hot honey drizzle themselves as well. I would definitely buy that by the bottle! Got some apple muffins to go. They just recently opened but I'm telling you, you need to eat here! Nicest couple busting their buns to make a go of it. I only wish I was coming back to Regina to eat...

I went here for lunch Friday and ordered the special Lemon & Dill Chicken Burger with fries ($20). I’m am happy to say this place lived up to the hype! This is a cute restaurant that’s locally owned that uses high quality, local ingredients. The fries were great, seasoned with seasoning salt. But the burger was obviously the main event. The chicken was so juicy and tender, as well as hand breaded. I believe the bun is house made and the pickles local. My coworker won’t stop raving about their in house made coleslaw. This restaurant has such a warm and comfortable atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home. The food is incredibly fresh yet still has that comforting, soul-satisfying quality. The standout for me was the whipped feta dish, it was absolutely heavenly and worth coming back for on its own. They also offer a selection of baked goods to take home, along with a few ready-to-cook dishes, I wish I lived here I would be stopping in on a regular.
