KFC — Restaurant in Regina

Ordered through online and kept calling the store to insure successful order , they received after 20mins and when when they dis they insured that they had my order . Came to the store to pickup then they said they were out of extra crispy chicken because they stopped getting supplies from head office . Ridiculous , well i asked for a refund because i am not a fan of the other available chicken and specifically wanted the extra crispy . When asked for refund receipt another staff said they could make it but would take 20mins and she was unprofessional and rude . It felt like i made a huge mistake by asking her for what i ordered with my own money. How come she said she will make the chicken if there was no stock? That ofc means that they were being lazy to make a new batch the first time and wanted to sell something i did not want . This is unacceptable. I ordered online and came to the store and still have to wait 20/30min. Very rude staff. Doesn’t care about their customers at all. Never coming back to this location. Horrible customer service . They should really start flipping their night staff or else will be out of business...

Worse meal ever....

Chicken was cold and old. How could I tell? No grease in the bottom of the bucket meant it was sitting for quite a while and obviously not under a lamp because it was cold.

Fries were exactly the same, old cold, and almost a solid mass once we got home.

Also got asked, "What dipping sauces would you like?" By 3 different employees and when I said "just give me 1 of each" I was answered with "What flavor please".... so I just gave up.

It was around 6 pm. the rush was over, so I got served right away, but I was obviously given precooked leftover food prepared for the supper rush.

When I threw them a curveball by ordering 1 extra salad with the meal, it wasn't in the bag when I got home.

I am so disappointed after spending almost $70.

I know the stigma of KFC you either like it or hate it, but prices keep going up, but the product nowhere represents the prices they charge.

Also please train your staff to be friendly and cordial. The more questions I asked, the more blank stares I got.

If you really want some Dirty Bird, try a different location, this isn't the first time they've let me down, but it...

This Location is the worst! The problems i hear of this place these days.. with this location. I should have learned the first time. A friend of mine said that one of their workers called her bf a liar for screwing up the order she made a mistake on and they took her word. They didn't even try make things right.. she didn't admit to her mistake. Wow. Also the supervisor doesn't make anything right! All he does is hang up and harass. Calls to yell at you an make threats. for trying to ask questions and as well as false advertising on meals.. And the chicken was even disgusting. The chicken that used to be good was dark with alot of grease like old OLD yucky OIL taste left. We are done with this place now. They need to learn some respect and communication skills. Get a new supervisor please...
