Wow, I am shocked their doors are still open.

What terribly horrible service in every area of our visit

Where do i start? We came in at 12:30 as a table of 5 with a toddler for lunch and are currently the only customers in the restaurant.

From the start they had no idea what the specials are, after asking she referred us to a piece of paper but failed to mention the specials didn't start until 4, at this point is was 12:40. We took our time and got our order in at about 12:50.

Our orders were simple, a club sandwich, xl pizza, wing meal and dry rib meal.

They switched out their one server after ordering and the new one didn't even visit our table until atleast quarter after 1. We had empty waters and coffee around the table for a while and had to get up to ask for refills.

I was drinking tea and asked for a refill, she brought me a pot with the old bag still in it and i had to ask for a new one. We got the pizza at about 1:20 and nothing else. On the bright side the pizza was good. 5 minutes later we got the saddest excuse of a clubhouse sandwich I've ever seen 1 piece of bacon, 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of lettuce per side with only 1 piece of ham on the other by the looks of it.

The ribs came about 10 minutes later cold and missing the poutine.

The toddler and I sat without our meals for another 15 minutes and everyone else was done eating before we received our food which was also cold.

The fettuccine that came as a side for the wings were inedible and the caesar salads had nothing on them but croutons. The "garlic bread" was white toast with plain ol' butter on it. At no point during our service were we even partially satisfied and shocked that 110 dollars gets you this poor of service.

We asked to speak with a manager and none was on staff. The server blamed it on the cook being new and busy but if he wasn't capable of managing one table why was he on shift by himself?

They didn't take any owness or apologize but after explaining how awful our experience was they offered a 10% discount but it seems they increased some pricing to cover their losses, thanks guys!

Will never return and tell everyone I know to avoid this place like the plague

We have been going to Western Pizza for years. We also order online sometimes too. My husband's "go to" choice is the "Hot Pork Cutlet" which is breaded pork smothered in gravy. Delicious right ? Well this time we ordered from this location (usually get from another location) and the pork cutlets came with gravy and also smothered in hot sauce. This has NEVER been the menu item, and we even confirmed that thus was true by calling our usual Western Pizza location and they were shocked when they heard this item had hot sauce added to it. I should also add that we also called this Avonhurst location and they argued that it is normal to have hot sauce. Why the inconsistency with literally all other regina locations? Also, even though it says "hot" in the name of the menu item, it has only ever meant the temperature (based off several times ordering it). We are left with a bad taste in our mouth (literally and figuratively), and after YEARS of ordering Western Pizza, we will think twice. Left 1 star as 0 stars...

Terrible experience, took my family for lunch yesterday, we have eaten there many times and always enjoyed it, but never again after yesterday. There were 6 of us(the only ones in the restaurant). Waited over 75 minutes for any of order to come out, and then about every 10 to 15 minutes someone else's food would come out, and finally the 2 year old got served last, after about 2 hours. We had to go up to ask for water or coffee, the waitress never would come to the table to provide service. Parts of our order was forgotten (although it was on the bill). Food was cold when served, No chicken on the club sandwich etc etc etc. We brought this all up several times and asked to speak with a manager, we were informed he was not in but the waitress said she would call him. I assume she did as they offered us 10% discount. Wow, what a joke is all I could think of, you still got 110 dollars out of me. I will never return to this location. Which is too bad as I have eaten there about 30...
