McDonald's — Restaurant in Regina

Let me say first off the food was perfect. I order the same thing at every McDonald's and this was the first time ever a McDonald's made a perfect Fillet-o-fish! It was hot crispy and juicy. The bun was soft and fresh, plentyof sauce on the whole sandwichand assembled perfect. Ireallyshould'vetaken a picture. (Usually at every mcd's the half slice of cheese hanging off the bun so it sticks to the box, or the sauce is on one edge, or lately in Saskatoon the buns are cold or hard, or it's just a cold sandwich) Not here my food looked and tasted great. It was hot, my family's food and the fries were hot, fresh, crispy and a little salty as you want. The tables were clean and food was correct, fresh and hot despite it being a little busy. This was the most satisfied I have ever been with my food at McDonald's ever. The bathrooms on the other hand needed a cleaning as does every McDonald's everywhere. (They lose a star off my rating for that) I'm not from Regina but I have to assume by the people there, this was a poorer neighbourhood. Some may have been homeless but nobody looked threatening. We felt comfortable hanging out there eating our food. The parking lot was fairly empty despite the restaurant being 3/4 full. I would definitely stop here...

3-4 stars during the day (they don't always get the order right, ugh) and 1-star for the late-night/early morning (several different visits during different times).

During the day, going through drive thru is much faster, although accuracy is not always the best.

I literally just got back from going at shortly after 11pm - such a slow moving line outside (was in the drive thru for no lie, a minimum of 15 minutes with 7 maybe 8 cars ahead of me), management REALLY needs to have more staff on at night - at minimum, a runner or two to help out the drive-thru and front counter staff (I didn't see the kitchen so don't know if they too need one more). Waiting at the window for my order, I ended up shutting off the truck and drummed on the side of door to go with the beeping alarm for being late fulfilling orders because it was driving me nuts...I can just imagine how the workers and inside customers feel with that damn thing going off. AND to top it all off, the 2 drinks and the 1 Flurry were really short on the amount that should have been in there (again, blaming lack of staff because the one working had to rush so bad). I had a very disappointing experience with the service at this McDonald’s location this morning. After placing my order, the staff member prepared the two coffee cups and placed them on the counter without confirming the order or calling out any information. There was no effort to check whether the correct person received the drinks, and the staff member simply continued making other orders. I waited for a long time, thinking my order was still being prepared. When I finally asked about it, the staff member looked around, picked up the two cups, handed them to me without any apology, and then walked away without saying anything. Additionally, there was a mistake with one of the drinks. A black coffee was ordered, but it was made with sugar. This is a basic error that should not happen, especially when the order is simple and clear. It showed a lack of attention and care in service. I hope the management at this location addresses this issue by providing proper training to the staff. Consistent and thoughtful customer service is important, and situations like this can leave a negative impression. This location usually offers good service, so this experience was quite...
