Subway — Restaurant in Regina

Skip the dishes delivered our meal and when we got it we realized that they had missed a drink and a cookie. i called the Avonhurst Subway and the woman i spoke to first was not helpful at all. i am sure she wasnt even talking to me and then hung up on me. after 17 call backs i finally got another guy and he said we needed to get a hold of the skip driver as he would still have our drink and cookie. i tried to expalin to the guy that if you sent the drink and the cookie it would have been in the bag with the subs. he said it is not their problem and then put the phone down and it appeared that he just went back to working and ignored the phone call. ABSOLUTE worst customer service. if i could have rated them a minus i would have. Skip the dishes was kind...

Food poisoning omfg

Aug 28th 2021....I find this location to be horrible. The guy who made my sandwich, brutally, mutilated it! He didn't put enough mayo on it and wrapped it up with half the contents not even in my sandwich! I told him that I would reorganize it at home. I added mayo when I got home....so much for SUBWAY YOUR WAY, according to their motto. I don't know why they hire people who can't make a sandwich. Such a disgrace 😪. He needs to go back to sandwich school to be re-trained, so pathetic.

I also read some of the past reviews in regards of a woman buying a homeless man lunch and this location refused service to them both! Which is an absolute disgrace. Shame on...

This location is a joke! I'm not sure what sub I recieved but it wasn't a BMT. I always have a BMT and this was odd and very spicy. I like spicy so I could look over that. But also we asked several time for extra basic vegetables and gave up. The amount was absolutely lacking and still was minimal. I asked for extra pickles and olives several times and it still had hardly anything on it. It was overly smothered in mustard and basically tasted off. The update and move was nice but this location...
