From the moment I stepped into the bar, it was clear that this place was anything but inviting. The atmosphere was unwelcoming—dim lighting, unattractive décor, and an overall sense of discomfort in the air. It didn’t feel like a place where you could relax or enjoy a night out. Instead, it felt cold, sterile, and devoid of any charm or warmth.

The food? Absolutely dreadful. I can’t even begin to express how disappointing it was to receive food that looked and tasted like it had been hastily thrown together in a rush. Everything was drenched in grease, with no attention paid to flavor or presentation. The so-called “bar food” was greasy, tasteless, and clearly made with the bare minimum of care. It was a far cry from what you would expect at any decent establishment—let alone one that’s supposed to offer a casual dining experience.

Service was painfully slow, and I mean agonizingly slow. Our server seemed completely uninterested in our table, as if we were an afterthought. The wait was far longer than necessary, and it was obvious that the staff was either overwhelmed or simply disorganized. But it wasn’t just the wait that was a problem. The lack of attention to detail and customer satisfaction was glaringly apparent. We were left waiting for refills, and when we asked for something, it took an eternity to get a response, if we even got one at all.

As for the staff, one server stood out in the worst possible way. A woman with black hair, who appeared to be of Persian descent, was the epitome of indifference. She lacked any semblance of professionalism or courtesy, making us feel more like an inconvenience than paying customers. Her attitude was condescending, and she seemed utterly uninterested in providing any kind of service, even the most basic level of attention. When we tried to address our concerns, she was dismissive and unhelpful, which made everything worse.

Overall, this experience was a complete letdown. Between the terrible food, the slow service, and the unwelcoming ambiance, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options out there where you can actually enjoy your time without feeling like you’re imposing on the staff. This was a major disappointment from start to finish, and I will definitely not...

Birthday Ruined by Incompetence and an Unwanted Pizza

I am absolutely appalled by the experience my friends and I had at this restaurant last night. We chose this place to celebrate a birthday, hoping for a nice evening, but what we got was a masterclass in how not to run an establishment. It was a complete and utter disaster from start to finish.

The first red flag was the menu. We were informed that a staggering number of items were unavailable. We tried to order burgers, a basic staple, only to be told they were out. How does a restaurant run out of burgers? Bizarrely, they said a salad with chicken breast was available, so we reluctantly settled for that and ordered four beers to start.

Then, the real waiting game began. We waited patiently for over an hour. Just as our patience was wearing thin, our original waitress approached our table with a cheerful "Can I take your order?" We were stunned into silence. She had completely forgotten that we had ordered our meals an hour ago.

After we expressed our confusion and frustration, the manager finally came over. But instead of an apology and our salads, he was holding a pizza. He explained that not only had our order been forgotten, but the salads we ordered were also no longer available. His grand solution was to offer us this random pizza "on the house" as if it would magically fix the terrible service and lack of food.

No one at the table wanted pizza. We were there for a proper meal, not a consolation prize. Fed up, hungry, and with the birthday mood completely shattered, we decided to leave. To add the final insult to injury, they didn't even have the decency to comp the four beers we had nursed for over an hour. We paid for our drinks and walked out.

This was, without a doubt, one of the worst dining experiences of my life. The complete lack of communication, abysmal service, and laughable attempt at a resolution were disgraceful. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you're trying to celebrate a special occasion. You're better off going...

I’ve visited this restaurant a couple of times, and unfortunately, both experiences were far from pleasant. The service was incredibly slow on my first visit, I waited 45 minutes just for my drinks to arrive, despite the restaurant not being busy at all. When the food finally came, it was served cold, which was a huge letdown. Given that the place wasn’t crowded, I don’t understand why the service was so poor. I was really hoping for a better experience, but after these issues, I’m seriously considering not coming back.

To make matters worse, the lady server (with the black long hair) was flirting with my date during our first visit, which made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. It wasn’t professional at all, and it added a layer of awkwardness to an already disappointing experience. On my second visit, I thought I’d give it another shot, but the shisha was a huge letdown it tasted more like just water, with no real flavour at all. If there is lower than zero (0/10) I would have rated this location since it was really bad experience.

Overall, I really hope the restaurant works on improving its customer service, because as it stands, it’s just not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other places that offer better food and service, and I won’t be returning...
