I was served by a guy who identified himself as Shiv. He was not rude, but not especially friendly or courteous either. Perhaps it was because it was new years day and close to the end of his shift, but in either case the service was not especially inviting.

After placing my order, which included a burger with an egg on top, I proceeded to the drink fountain to fill in my drink. I then noticed a poster that shows their egg burger with a runny yolk, and it reminded me that I often get an overcooked egg on my burgers. So within 30 seconds of placing my order, I approached Shiv again to ask him to ensure the egg has a runny yolk on the burger.

To my surprise, he utterly refused my request, noting that they only make the egg one way - which I assume means dry and overcooked? After prompting him several times, he refused to provide any explanation or reason for this, just repeating the same sentence that they only make it one way.

If you're going to be putting hard boiled eggs on my burger, why not show an image of a burger with a dry egg, instead of a sunny side egg like you currently do? And if you're going to refuse a customer's order, why not at least explain the reasoning behind it?

Don't think I'll be returning to this location again. If you like eggs on your burger that aren't cooked to death, would like to be served food that at least somewhat resembles the food they show in their advertising, or simply prefer friendly service along with your somewhat overpriced burger, I would recommend you visit a different...

They make Amazing Burgers as a rule! But, I would Avoid the Yonge and Weldrick Street location at all cost! John Lettieri is the Manager and as far as Customer Service goes he lacks it in Spades!! My Mother, a friend and myself were there earlier and it was hot in the store. Their A/C was broken which was bad enough but because of the "food fan" called an H-Vac was also broken it caused the exhaust from the kitchen to enter the Seating area. It made My Mother's eyes so red and irritated and my Friend started coughing and my eyes started burning. We phoned the Manager, John, who gave excuse after excuse after excuse about someone coming in tomorrow. So my friend decided to prop open both restaurant doors with chairs and this cooked the seating area down to a comfortable temperature and my eyes stopped burning and she stopped coughing. But then this scronney guy comes in and removes the chairs stating emphatically that he does what his Manager, John Lettieri tells him too! And then we put the chairs back again! When we left I looked back and saw that both doors were closed again! Are you kidding me!! We phoned the Manager again and asked him why he had closed the door. To which we got excuse after excuse after excuse after excuse and no answer to, as far as I was concerned was a simple question. He kept stating that someone is coming tomorrow but that doesn't help the Customers who were eating their today!! We are contacting Head Office...

Grew up in Richmond Hill and used to hit this place up all the time. Was down visiting my parents so decided to stop in.

  1. The girl at the cash taking the orders was RUDE. Interrupted both my wife and I while we were trying to order our food to tell us we were doing it wrong because their burgers already come with toppings… okay. I’m telling you what I want… why are you arguing with me? Then when I asked if they had malt vinegar, she rolled her eyes and said no.

  2. What happened to the fries? They used to be delicious, hot, fresh cut potatoes. Now they are bland, stale, frozen crap. They were so bad I nearly asked for my money back. Especially considering two burgers, fries, a poutine and two drinks was almost 50 bucks.

  3. We waited like 15 mins, which is fine when the food is fresh, but when I got my burger it was somehow cold. And MESSY. Whoever is working in the back goes HARD on sauce toppings, yet seems to ration tomatoes like its wartime considering I only got one tiny slice as thick as a piece of paper.

Overall, horrendous experience. Will not ever be going back and I highly suggest you...

Was my first time eating from this location quite a large location for a hero Burger. The service was pretty quick and I would actually say that the food was made fairly quick as well which is always good. I ordered the heavy hitter Burger. The best part about this book I would say is it is quite a large Burger and made with Angus patties. The sauce was a bit different it was taziki sauce on the burger itself which did complement the overall flavor. The burger comes with fries which I ordered sweet potato fries the only thing that I would say about this is being sweet potato fries I could tell them being deep fried it did have a slight taste of the oil that hadn't been changed in a while. But aside that the fries were pretty crispy and assuming they were fresh.

Food was great, definitely great burgers. If you thinking of MacDonald, well.... This is 2 levels higher. Service at the counter was absolutely please. I do have to mention. This restaurant is one of the cleanest i have seen. Other fast food places have something to learn from this location. It is Sunday at 7pm. I would expect tge place to be "dirty" from long day of work. But it is the exact opposite. Absolutely spotless "for fast food restaurants"

Recently ordered from Uber eats, first my order was wrong. I ordered spicy buffalo chicken wings and got the regular wings. No big deal, shit happens. But then I took a bite in a RAW chicken wings. The center of the wing was 100% uncooked, i spit it out after trying to chew on it for too long... there's no excuses for something like this, this should never happen happen. People's health are at risk...
