I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT
GRATUITY 15% IS ALREADY INCLUDED (You do not extra tip them)
A few friends and I came for a surprise birthday for one of our friends, whom I haven't seen in a while. We all sat down and shared dishes amongst eachother all ordering different drinks and most (excluding myself) had shisha. I did not have drinks, only water and between 3 of the us in the group split a deluxe pizza $15 and nachos $14 + ground beef $4.50 , with that math it should have been $33.50 + tax. This should have been one bill and split between 3 people would be $12.61 per person.
I and all 7 people each person payed $41.20 This is because every meal, drink, shisha is all together. We even had to pay for them to cut the cake and for dipping sauce that was never mentioned a separate cost and made it seem like it was part of the meal when infact they all have a charge. I could've cut the cake and not pay them $2.86
The fact that this restaurant doesn't show that the price is based on the whole table and the shoty service, made a great night unbearable.
Many of the group members tipped not knowing about the 15% tip already included in the bill. Nothing is stated until the end making this restaurant a really disgusting place I would NEVER recommend or ever go to. Reply to the Owner(s):
It doesn't matter whether prices were listed or not (especially when people aren't reading every single sentence in a menue), this is because the server didn't ask if we wanted sauce, he indicated/ insinuated it was part of the price.
When we received the cake it had a sparkler, but no song nor plates and no cutlery?
3 out of 7 of us wanted separate bills, and YOUR employee said that they cannot do that for us and it was all together. I wouldn't blame customers who didn't just walk away and leave when YOU should look your employees over and maybe invest into proper training.
Nothing was informed to any of the members of the party and it's ridiculous how what you said doesn't reflect on what we witnessed.

Read moreGroup of friends and I searched for hookah places and found this one, we ignored the bad reviews thinking it would be different. We walked in the door and no one was at entrance to seat us so we started heading to the cashier area. A gentleman wearing a tank top (muscular guy) tells us "yo you can't just enter, you gotta wait at the front". I apologise and tell him it's our first time. He points to a table for us to sit near the kitchen. He walks back to the kitchen and I overhear him tell his Co worker who is making pizza that he hates people like us. We ignore it.
He finally comes to our table and says are you ready to order? (With his iPad). We ask what he would recommend, he responds in a brief and rude tone and seems rushed even though the place is empty. We ask for two shisha and three drinks and he responds, "it's not enough you have to order more", we're puzzled as that's all we want. He said you're at $40 total it has to be minimum 50. (We're 5 people). This rule is stupid so we ask to cancel and leave.
To the owner of this establishment: your venue seems high scale, do not employ people who still act as if they are in highschool and treat customers with disrespect. This place did not feel welcoming and it's a shame because we traveled quite a bit to give...
Read moreFirst time going to a shisha lounge in this area.. honestly I wouldn’t recommend. The service is slow and the staff are rude and ignorant. You have to wait 20-30 minutes at the door just to be seated. They don’t serve any alcohol as another customer told us before we entered we were fine with it. They charge 10 dollars just to get in. I never have experienced that in a shisha bar, pretty ridiculous. The “owners daughter” was very rude with us saying that she knows we were drinking and that she doesn’t usually serve people who drink before they come as she says she had issues before with people getting sick and she didn’t want to deal with it, at this time the “owners daughter” was very loud causing attention to our table so everyone knew we drank before which I’m sure most people did. Don’t get me wrong we did have a few drinks but we weren’t completely smashed we weren’t loud or causing a scene, we just came to have some shisha and chill out. We stayed for max 30 minutes as we weren’t satisfied with how rudely we were treated and the quality of the shisha was garbage for the price should be much better. For two shisha it came to 60 dollars. Never going again!!! better off going to alomaras in Hamilton where the service is great the...
