So basically today at, 10:02 PM I placed an order for two large pizzas, one with mushrooms and bacon crumble and left half jalapeno And a second one with half onion & mushroom and the other half just bacon and crumble. Each half of the pizza was meant for a person.
After seeing that the pizza was on the way to me, we were tracking it and noticed the delivery driver taking way too long when the estimate was jumping between 3-7 minutes for around 15-20 minutes, and right when there was 4 minutes left before it hit the 40-min mark since I ordered, the driver started heading to our direction and then we noticed he entered the wrong building before the entrance to ours, he stayed there for a bit and right at 10:44 it was marked delivered and I didn’t receive it, so I called the customer service and after explaining the situation and waiting a bit, I was told that the driver contacted me with no answer from me when I didn’t receive any calls and my phone was working fine and the number was correct, while in the call, at the 10:49 mark the delivery driver arrived with still no call from him and I was being told on the phone that they’re gonna re-send the order, which proves a lack of communication..
I told the customer service that the delivery arrived post the 40-min mark because there’s a guarantee policy about the order being free if it doesn’t arrive within the 40-min mark, he denied what I say and claimed it arrived on time when the time was already 10:50, and the policy should’ve taken affect, it’s only a 5-min drive from the branch location to our house, but I didn’t argue.
Upon opening the pizza, we find that one of the pizzas is wrong, instead of being half mushrooms and onions and half bacon crumble, the toppings were actually on the entire pizza which was a problem, I contacted customer service again due to this unexpected problem, explained the situation and the previous problem in the delivery and what I was offered was a compensation of a small pizza containing the toppings I originally ordered, which is a joke. I argued a bit and managed to get the large pizza with the proper toppings because it’s what I ordered from the start.
Now the last pizza I received, the compensation one, was amazing and looked beautiful and was cooked good, and delivered perfectly and the same delivery driver managed to call me.

Perhaps the manager doesn't make the information for the deal sales clear to customers. The deal cards they give you to mark every time you buy a pizza at this store aren't valid when you want to claim the deal they advertise. The employees validate the deal based on their spur of the moment or their own mood. The manager very bad person and he doesn’t know how to treat customers. He lies to his clients, his racism is evident. The manager at this store is a cheat, or at least the one who helped me told me he was the manager, but I don't believe him because he doesn't know how to handle customers. And the employee has a terrible, aggressive attitude toward the customer, and the "manager" doesn't correct her. I will definitely not return to this store. Read moreExtremely frustrating experience, and from the reviews it seems we are not alone. We ordered a xL pizza with bacon crumble, pepperoni, pineapple and mushrooms. They called to confirm our order, and check the toppings before making the pizza. When we get home, they have clearly given us the wrong pizza - the toppings were all wrong (tomatoes, Italian sausage, ham and pepperoni) and the pizza was covered in chili flakes - which we cannot eat. We call customer service and the only solution was to drive all the way back to pick up our original pizza. When we get there, there are no apologies, no compensation for the waste in time, and the cashier had the audacity to claim we said our name was "Chan" - which is also just plain racist of them to assume that the first Asian person to pick up their pizza was the one with the name "chan".
