I’m writing to share my recent experience during my first visit to at this location, which unfortunately left me quite disappointed.
My son wanted to try Popeyes, our visit to this Popeyes location took place on June 29th at about 6:30 PM. I noticed there was no visible kids' menu, and when I inquired, the person at the counter (wearing a brown shirt and black mask) seemed to have entered a kids' meal into the system without clearly explaining the options. Due to their fast speech, strong accent, and the mask, it was extremely difficult to understand what he/she was saying.
When I asked again, I was told the order had already been entered and to check the screen. Only then did I see the options. My son chose the 3-piece chicken meal, and I also ordered 6 chicken wings. When asked what sauce I wanted, the cashier simply pointed to a screen behind them. I mentioned that the text was too small for me to read, but he/she didn’t provide any assistance. I chose the Honey BBQ sauce assuming it would be sweet, but it turned out to be spicy.
When the food arrived, I noticed the sauce was not what I expected, but I decided not to go back and complain. However, to my shock, the last piece of chicken was undercooked and raw inside. I brought it to the same cashier’s attention and showed it to her/him. She/He took the piece and threw it in the garbage without offering any apology or response.
What upset me most was the complete lack of concern, response, or accountability. If this employee represents your management team, it’s extremely troubling. Basic customer service, communication, and food safety seem to have been completely ignored.
Unless I hear back from the corporate office directly (NOT from the store in question.), I will not be returning to any Popeyes. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and appropriate steps are taken to ensure better training, food safety and...

I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen for a take-out experience, primarily to satisfy my fried chicken cravings. As expected, the chicken was crispy and delicious, living up to the quality standards that I've come to associate with every Popeyes joint. However, there was nothing particularly different or special about my visit; it was pretty standard.
The chicken was perfectly crispy and flavourful, exactly what I was looking for. The service was efficient, and my order was ready promptly, which I appreciated. The staff were courteous, handling the busy environment well and maintaining professionalism.
I visited Popeyes for a routine take-out meal, craving their famous fried chicken. I had high expectations for the food quality based on previous experiences with the brand, and in that regard, Popeyes did not disappoint. While the chicken was satisfying, the overall experience did not stand out in any significant way. The restaurant was busy, and although the staff managed well, there were no extra efforts to enhance the customer experience. The take-out process was smooth, but it lacked any unique touches that would make me want to highlight this particular visit.
I must commend the staff for their professionalism in handling a busy environment, and the quality of the chicken was consistent with what I've come to expect from Popeyes. However, my experience was just average, with no standout elements. In summary, my visit to Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was satisfactory. The crispy and delicious chicken met my expectations, but the overall experience was quite standard. Efficient service and courteous staff were definite positives, yet there was nothing particularly noteworthy about this visit to set it apart from other fast-food...
Read moreI have visited this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, both experiences have been disappointing. My most recent visit was last night, and it was particularly frustrating. Upon arrival, the staff failed to greet me or offer even a small smile, which set a negative tone right away.
To make matters worse, the accuracy of my order was lacking. I ordered a chicken sandwich, but there was literally no sauce on it, making it incredibly dry. No one asked if I wanted ketchup or hot sauce, and I wasn’t provided with any napkins. When you're paying for a meal, it's reasonable to expect attention to these details.
Additionally, I wasn't given a receipt, making it difficult to report my concerns to a manager. It feels as though the staff is just going through the motions without any real commitment to providing quality service. I strongly suggest that management invest in better staff training to improve both the accuracy of orders and overall customer service.
I had hoped for a better experience, but at this point, I won't...
