Regino's Pizza — Restaurant in Richmond Hill

The pizza and wings were good, person who answered the phone was not pleasant to deal with at all. They seemed rushed and “all over the place “. Not sure if they were alone but it was a turn off to say the least. I had to repeat myself a handful of times because it seemed like the persons attention was somewhere else. I asked for a manager in order to relay my concerns and was told that I was in fact speaking to the manager. That threw me off as to why they’d be so hostile & short tempered. Like I stated, the food was good but it was the service that I received & that’s why I decided the 1 star. It represents my experience all together. Reginos came highly recommended but I did have a lot of doubts when I first tried the pizza. The whole family really enjoyed it though and even with the high praise it still met and exceeded expectations. On repeat visits we still love it. We've only had the pizza, maybe one day we'll try something else. The pizza has no weaknesses from our perspective, the crust is decent, the sauce and cheese are great, and the toppings that we've had so far were not skimpy and quite tasty. We've ordered online from the web site every time and the pizza is always being cooked when we arrive about 15 minutes after ordering. Ordered for the first time a couple weeks ago and my order was wrong, I ordered deep fried pickles and Recieved the jalepeno poppers instead. I figured mistakes happen so I let it go and gave them another chance.

I ordered once again tonight and while I ordered two 2L drinks, a doctor pepper and a root beer. The driver showed up with one. He said he would return with the second, sure. No problem.

I get called from the establishment saying that the charge was only for one drink, though the receipt clearly said 2, and I ordered 2.
