I am so angry right now! Tonight I ordered through Uber Eats four subs and a steak bowl plus drinks. Over $100 it cost. Well they kept the driver waiting for OVER 40 MINUTES at the restaurant!. I was even trying to call the restaurant to see what was wrong and of course nobody picked up the phone. Then the driver texted me he said I’m really sorry they’re making me wait here a long time. Finally I get my order over an hour later. First thing no utensil for the bowl, then my daughter opens her steak bowl and it was pathetic! I included a pic, it’s practically empty!! The subs were lousy too, they screwed up on the toppings for one of the subs and the Italian buns were STALE! I have never complained about them before, but this is the last straw for me. We’ve had the odd issue in the past with this place, but nothing too bad. This time, having the driver waiting over an hour on a Sunday night only to deliver $100.00 of subpar food is inexcusable. Read moreI went to Subway last night and had a very disappointing experience. The staff member (around 35–45 years old) was extremely rude, gave us attitude, and seemed to do his job without any care. It honestly felt like, if he had the option, he would’ve asked us to make the sandwiches ourselves. He barely spoke and showed no customer service skills. At first, I thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but my dad mentioned he had the exact same negative experience with this employee on two separate visits.
What’s interesting is that the Persian lady and the two younger Indian staff are always so nice, polite, and friendly—which makes it clear the issue isn’t with the location itself, but with this one employee. Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this Subway location due to the rude and unprofessional behavior of an employee who clearly had no interest in doing their job. He assumed we were some difficult customers he had in the last week and said “ “oh you guys are the people from last week that had a very difficult order”. Like seriously!!! We haven't even been to this location for over 2 months.
We had to walk out without getting our sandwiches because he “refused” to serve us.
