I was a frequent customer of this Pizza House for years. Although previous owner already increased prices since pandemic the quality of their pizza and service was outstanding and delicious.

Recently I believe that the business was sold to a new owner. Don’t get it wrong the new owners are very nice people as well but changes made me think about to ever visit this place anymore. Why own earth you change something that was great before for the worst. Do you think we are customers do not notice a difference? First, reducing the pizza size by 20%. Then changing the thickness of pizza and reducing the ingredients? We would be happy to pay more for the same service. Its a bad business decision to change such things like that. Customers not gonna come after awhile if things go for like that. At least not me. I am just sad that one of my favourite place is going down again. Please keep the old style and ingredients do not change anything. I understand running a business is hard. Don’t end up like all of those regular fast food chains. I went back this Friday I am seriously unhappy about the change of the quality. Previously worked people gave the nicest quality of pizza before since the ladies working there everything changed. Its just not the same. They are nice and friendly but the pizza is not that extraordinary experience like before I can get the same quality anywhere else.
